Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.

Renovation Alpine Chic Rooms

Until mid-December we are renovating all Alpine Chic rooms with a complete new look. The entire side of the Hotel above the bar will therefore be closed, the Spa, Restaurant, Bar and smoking lounge stay open as per usual. Some construction noise will be expected.
Renovation work will be done weekdays, during business hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We are obsessed with your town! I am very excited to come back to Zermatt.

There was a front desk person who was not very friendly, this is challenging because you rely so much on staff for directions and suggestions. So many people we excellent but even just one bad a[apple can effect how you feel.
