A superb place to stay. Outstanding service from all staff with particular mention for reception staff. Breakfast buffet was superb. Hotel facilities are excellent.

An old hotel reasonably priced. Does the job but nothing extraordinary.

Fur ein 4* hotel nicht ausreichend

J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel, j'y viens très régulièrement depuis plus de 20 ans.
Cependant, cette fois le service n'était pas à la hauteur. Horaire de réception réduit pour un 4 étioles, service de transport des bagages limités, restaurant fermé. Service de réception austère.
Un conseil à l'hôtel : Il serait préférable de fermer en avant saison que de ce faire une mauvaise image avec des prestations limitées.

Excellent location in the heart of Saas Fee. Kind staff. We had a lovely balcony and a large room. Excellent breakfast.

The front desk staff appear to like to hide in the restaurant. Twice, in the two nights I was there, I wanted to talk to someone at the front desk and the three people who were supposed to be there were all in the restaurant, sitting and chatting at a table. The mini-bar keeps things like cheese or milk cold which is unusual in Swiss hotels in my experience. Like some other Sass-Fee hotels, you don't get your Saastal Card until breakfast on the day after you arrive. Check-in is slow if you wait for a welcome drink. The wifi connection is very good and I was able to hold a zoom call to the USA with only a couple of minutes when there was clear slowness in the connection. The shower was excellent. I had to ask for a kettle and when one arrived, it had no tea or coffee to go with it and the cup was removed after one day and I had to ask for it to be replaced. The in-room safe was too small for my computer. There was a large stain on the duvet cover. Hotels.com does not show the location correctly: the hotel is a good deal further and in a different direction from the bus station and parking area.

Amazing check in, wonderful area and excellent service. 10/10 and will be back to stay again.

Previous reviews with comments about the rooms lacking privacy were very on-point. The breakfast was not what I was expecting but still was okay.

This property is differently for skiers who are not interested traveling. If you are looking to travel to Zermatt- do not book! The 18 miles is not accurate and is a long trip to and from this property.

Accueil correct sans plus; infrastructure (chambre) vieillissante. Quelques interrogations donc sur le rapport qualité/prix et, au-delà de la rente de situation, sur l’avenir de ce genre d’établissement (à moins de procéder à de massifs investissements).

Op zich prima hotel, echter bij aankomst was er een teleurstelling de shuttle service kwam niet omdat men niemand had op dat moment..... moesten maar gaan lopen met onze spullen. wat niet te doen is met zo veel spullen. uiteindelijk een taxi genomen voor 10min reis tegen 25 euro kosten. toen wij gingen skien werden wij door een hele vriendelijke heer naar de piste gebracht en die zei bel gerust als jullie weer gehaald moeten worden. (het is niet ver maar ver genoeg om niet te willen lopen met ski spullen) bij terug komst zei de dame achter de receptie dat ze ons niet gingen ophalen omdat het nog geen "ski seizoen was" ik zei dat het belachelijk was en dat wij het wel hebben afgesproken. uiteindelijk werden wij toch gehaald. discussie zou na mijn mening gewoon overbodig moeten zijn. de manier waar op was ook niet echt heel vriendelijk. verder zijn de bedden slap en zakt door. mensen met zwakke rug zou ik niet aanraden hier te slapen. restaurant mensen waren wel heel vriendelijk en kundig. eten was ook prima en ook uitstekend ontbijt.
bij de receptie was een heer wel erg vriendelijk.
