Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer stand uns schon um 09:00 zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. Leider hatte ich meine Schlafmaske vergessen, was mein Fehler war. Ansonsten war alles tip top. Vielen Dank

Sehr freundliches Personal, inmitten zwischen den beiden grossen Thermen, beide in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch eine der Bergbahnen in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Zentral und doch ruhig.

Nous avons passé un week-end à l’hôtel Astoria & les hôtes et le personnel sont adorables! Des personnes très gentilles, disponibles, très à l’écoute & qui donnent de très bons conseils concernant la visite de la Suisse.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top et il y a beaucoup de choix. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la vue sur la montagne est magnifique! Encore un grand merci aux hôtes qui ont été remarquables et d’une gentillesse absolue.

Excellent séjour : le personnel est super gentil souriant et poli.Les patronnes sont toujours a la disposition des clients pour tous renseignement et dans toutes les langues, ce qui est bien agréable.L’hotel est très bien situé , par rapport au thermes et aussi au téléphérique. On peut tout faire à pied.Les chambres sont grandes et c’est bien agréable et super petit déjeuner.
