Pros:

alles prima, altes aber gut gepflegtes Hotel, den drei Sternen entsprechender Standard. teilweise ziemlich abgewohnt aber die wesentlichen Sachen passen und funktionieren. Bett war auch ok, dusche hat funktioniert, grosszügiges und gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Das einzig wirklich schlimme für mich war der Geruch. Schwer definierbar aber typisch für ältere Hotels. eine Mischung aus modrig/kaltem Rauch und abgewohnten Elementen.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the Restaurant was available for great dinner. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Bus doesn’t run before 8am so you are kind of on your own getting to train for early departure. No Taxi or Hotel transportation available. Just make sure if you do go don’t plan on leaving very early.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute.
L’hôtel est bien situé, à quelques minutes de Montana mais il y a une navette à proximité.
Hôtel paisible dans un cadre verdoyant.
Les chambres sont confortables .
Petit-déjeuner complet.

A budget option for Crans Montana.
Pros:

Nice lounge area. Pool tables are great (2 chf/game). Parking easy. Friendly staff. Family rooms.

Cons:

Advice for skiers: Stayed in February. Best to drive to town and pay to park. Bus to town runs every 20 min. First bus to slopes at 8:30, gets to gondola at 8:50. By then the lines are long. Bus back can take 30-60 min, depending on which of the 3 base entrances one ends at. Walking to town is 15-20 min and could be dangerous if snowy. The hotel shuttle is not for skiers--didn't use at night to return from town because the streets were walkable. Breakfast could use some cut up veggies. Thin walls so use a white noise app. Probably lovely in the summer with the pool and outdoor area.

A very pleasant experience

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Room with balcony was lovely with updated bathroom and shower. Restaurant for dinner was great as well. Very nice common spaces. Ski storage room.

Cons:

The town free shuttle bus only runs from 8am-6pm with a 1-2 hour break mid-day. The hotel did send a shuttle for us when we arrived after 7pm, but when we went out in the evenings, we had to walk (pretty steep 14-20 minute walk up to town, mostly downhill 11-16 minute walk back). Also, the bed and pillows were very stiff (not firm, which would be better, but stiff). Have to pay to use the pool table with coins (not in the description) and when we changed money to do so they gave us a horrendous exchange rate. The ping pong balls were broken

Superbe séjour à Crans-Montana
Pros:

Personnel de l'établissement très sympathiques. L'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport au centre de Montana et à 2 minutes du Lac de la Moubra. Nous avons pu rejoindre le Chemin des Lanternes très rapidement, à pied.
Le restaurant offre des plats très bons et variés. Un séjour à La Prairie est à considérer sans aucune hésitation.
