Typically Swiss Hotel Täscherhof

I stayed for 2 nights , the staffs were helpful & nice .
The room was larege enough , however the bathroom is very small & old styled , especially the shower area , it’s just so small & the two sliding doors of the shower area were too old so that difficult to close properly , maybe our room was not located in the new building of the hotel ?! Maybe the room located in new building of the hotel would be much better & more modern ……..
The hand washing liquid machine is not in good condition, sometimes difficult to get the washing liquid even pressed hard . The house keeper should change a new machine as they must release this ……
The TV remote control is not clean enough, we have to use antiseptic wet tissue to clean it ……..

Quick walk to the hotel from the transportation . Very close to Zermatt.

Provided shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap.
Plenty of towels.
Very comfortable beds and comforters.
Nice balcony.
Easy check-in and luggage storage.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved how this was located literally right next to the train station. They also offer to hold onto your luggage before and after your check-in if you'd like, which isn't always available at every property. The room was very clean and spacious, which gave us plenty of space to put our luggage and hang up our clothes.

The only con was the size of the shower. While the bathroom was a comfortable size for one, the shower was very, very small, even for the European standard I've seen in my travels thus far. It was a tight fit for the average female (my elbows constantly hit up against the sides of the shower) so I can't imagine that it would be fairly comfortable for anyone larger.

Regardless, everything else was great.

This hotel was in the perfect location for commuting to Zermatt. The lobby area was old and in need of a remodel, but the rooms were great!

This was a typically Swiss hotel and we loved that. The location of this property was perfect for visiting Zermatt since it is right beside the train station (but you wouldn't know that once you are in the hotel since the hotel was very quiet). The elevator on this property is very small and very old so we found it easier to walk up the four flights of stairs to our room (the elevator actually only went to the third floor). We didn't mind this but others may have a concern with this.

Situated right infront of the railway station & the parking in Tasch.
There is no kettle in the room, no tea/coffee or water available in the room.
Disappointing breakfast spread; had very minimal options.

Freundliches Personal. Lage sehr gut, direkt am Shuttlezug nach Zermatt. Gute Parkgarage. Leider keine Gästekarten für Ermässigungen.

I find the place very relaxing-nature and the bird’s singing in the morning. The train station is just beside the hotel, very close to zematt.

Since Zermatt does not allow cars, visitors to see Matterhorn by car would have to stay in Täsch and take the shuttle train. This hotel is at the train station, so it is the most convenient hotel to stay if you want to visit Zermatt / Matterhorn.

It was our anniversary and they surprised us with flowers and candy.
We had an amazing view of Neuschwanstein castle.

We stayed in the Classic quadruple room. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water was provided in lobby. Parking was cheaper than train station parking. Location was very convenient (right next to train station and train ride into Zermatt was around 10 mins). Value was very good especially compared to staying in Zermatt.

Even though a little disappointed due to Expedia’s misrepresentation of the amenities available.
But the staff were very nice and appreciate the complement breakfast offered. Thank you

Very Close station

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Train station is literally right next to the hotel so getting to Zermatt everyday was a piece of cake.

服務還不錯，買了紅酒需要開瓶器也在餐廳能借到，房間不錯有各種充電插座，雖然浴室比較舊但還可接受，離車站非常近就幾步路，方便性很好！

Very clean, friendly staff.

It is only 1 min away from train station.
Very spacious room with nice view balcony.
Only comment is the pillow is just too flat.
