Excellent staff, excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff has been exceptional. So kind and forecoming and full of surprizes. I can only recommend this hotel.

Soweit ok aber für ein Haus mit diesem Anspruch müsste alles perfekt sein.

Das Zimmer war schön, mit etwas angestaubter Einrichtung.

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche floss leider nur spärlich und war nicht richtig warm, was die Gefahr von Legionellen erhöht.

Lovely stay in Lugano in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Overall the stay is okay but can be better.

The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed for three nights, one night in a lake view room and two nights in a garden view room. The hotel staff told me that once I confirmed my departure time, they would arrange a free shuttle to the train station. I informed them on my very first day that I needed to leave at 10:50 am.
However, when I checked out on my last day, they arranged a taxi instead, saying the shuttle was fully booked, and I had to pay CHF 25 for the ride.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Wellness war auch gut
Die Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und hat super informiert
Dankeschön viel mal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist Geschmackssache und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Raumduft etwas zu intensiv für mich , aber das ist auch verschieden je nach Geschmack .
