Pros:

Betreuung durch das Personal. Die Gastronomie (Frühstück wie Abendessen). Grösse der Zimmer und Betten. Phantastische Aussicht.

Belle Epoche Grand Hotel mit historischen Charm…all die unzähligen wunderschönen Murano Kronenleucher…ein riesen Schatz…so romantisch…toller sehr freundlicher Service..sehr hochwertige bequeme Betten…ruhig und stilvoll

Dire tutto. Hotel molto accogliente .servizi ottimi personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Faccio notare la professionalità dello staff e un ringraziamento particolare a luigi addetto al ricevimento persona disponibile gentile e sempre disponibile .

Cons:

L unica appunto che posso fare riguarda il sistema di riscaldamento che per quello che mi riguarda ho sofferto un po il caldo.

Pros:

Das altehrwürdige Hotel liegt zentral direkt an der Seestrasse von Lugano. Alles gut fußläufig. Unser Zimmer war im Nebenhaus mit Seeblick und Balkon. Das Persona, besonders an der Rezeptionl war äussert freundlich hat uns auf Nachfrage sofort ein Ticino Ticket ausgestellt und Ausflugstips gegeben. Das Frühstück mit Seeblick ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles perfekt! .Leider war es etwas laut. Die Balkontüren schließen den Verkehrslärm nicht ganz aus. .
