This luxury hotel is totally beautiful. The staffs are accommodating and friendly, the breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The wellness area is great. The area of the hoteI is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Best hotel in Lugano
Pros:

Iconic hotel on the shore of lake Lugano. Currently the old part is being renovated, but the new one bears the same welcoming amenities and decor as the old part. Bed extremely comfortable, Nespresso machine in each room. Most importantly, all staff is nice and efficient. I will return very soon, it's been a memorable stay.

Preis üblich wie Splendid, Peformans ist jedoch ein durchschnittliches 4* Hotel

Personal ist i.A. gut

Cons:

Preis/Leistungsverhaeltniss ist sehr schlecht. Anstatt im historischen Teil der Anlage, haben wir im ''Steinblock-Gebaeude'' übernachtet, das daneben lag (ca 400 Euro/Tag!). Wir haben ganz normal auf der Strasse geparkt, ca. 30 Euro/Tag! Frühstück war im included im Zimmerpreis, ist aber deutlich unter dem Durcschnitt, was man im 5*-Hotel haben sollte.

A beautiful property with all the amenities of a great 5 star property.
Pros:

The views, the breakfast, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The wellness was extremely well maintained as well as the gym. The valet service was extremely efficient and the team was as well very friendly.

Cons:

Our room could use a little refresh with the Carpet. We also had our room above the back area where the staff were smoking and the cigarette smoke was coming into the room when we left the window open.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotels in have ever been( and I have been in hundreds).
Location is fantastic.
The staff is excellent with no exception. Front desk manager Luigi is outstanding.
Actually everybody is just great. Highly recommended. Will return in the fall of this year
