Amazing comfortable memorable stay in Lugano!
Pros:

Beautiful view. Comfortable spacious room. Nice balcony. Very good breakfast. Lots of complementary water. The pool and spa. The staff we’re very friendly.

Cons:

Having to empty out the fridge to put our own things in. We would’ve liked it if the spa pool were open a bit later.

Extraordinaire séjour dans un lieu magique
Pros:

Hôtel assez extraordinaire dans une magnifique demeure. Tout d'abord, souligner la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel et son professionnalisme. Le cadre est magnifique, en particulier le parc et la vue splendide. Concernant la restauration, PDJ magnifique et très complet, seule la carte du restaurant RUCOLA nous a semblé un peu courte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cons:

La salle de sport est sombre et un peu exigüe.

Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre mit einer top Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage am See nur durch den tollen Garten und die Straße ist sehr gut! Perfekt ist auch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, so dass man seinen Wagen nicht benötigt! Der eigene Lido ist sehr schön gelegen!

Cons:

Wir sind es nicht gewohnt in einem top Hotel nach einer langen Autofahrt nicht nicht einmal ein Begrüssungsgetränk zu bekommen! - Das Frühstücksbüffet ist leider nur mittelmäßig, da ist man bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel anderes gewohnt! Es kann auch nicht sein, dass für ein Omelett extrakosten aufgerufen werden ! In einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein top Frühstück mit Allem ohne zusatzkosten obligatorisch sein! Das Mitarbeiter sind klasse!!!
