Sehr stilvolles, ehrwürdiges Haus. Mitarbeiter/innen top geschult. Aufmerksam, freundlich , da, um Dir Deinen Aufenthalt so angenehm und komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Atmosphäre ist toll! Die Zimmer groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten.
Der Ausblick atemberaubend schön. Die Bar mit Live Pianist lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ausgezeichnete Auswahl an noblen Getränken und Cocktails.
Alles in Allem: Top! Luxus pur.

Lovely old school Hotel, very friendly staff, a place for that "little extra".
Pros:

The garden is lovely, the location perfect with the bus just by the property to bring you to the center of Lugano in 5 min., two restaurants, both very good with attentive staff, the lobby area is grand and reminds of how it used to be to travel, great piano player durning drinks and dinner, lovely spa area.

Cons:

I would not have minded a proper afternoon tea offering, which includes (and displays) some of the lovely cake and pastry from breakfast. As cake is actually preferred as an afternoon treat, by many and the public areas of the place would be more lively during afternoons.
