Sehr erholsam, wunderbare Lage, sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter, die alles geben, damit der Gast den Aufenthalt geniessen kan
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für schöne Tage in Locarno. Man kann zu Fuss alles erreichen, auch ÖV (sind mit Ticino Ticket gratis resp. ermässigt). Einzig Parkplatz ist mittlerweile CHF 25/Nacht und nicht mehr wie auf booking beschrieben CHF 17/Nacht. Finde ich sehr teuer, zumal es ein Parkplatz unter freiem Himmel ist, keine Garage.

Cons:

Unsere Dusche war falsch konzipiert, zu wenig Gefälle, so dass das Wasser jeweils in Kürze das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser setzte, anstatt abzulaufen. Wir haben das Handtuch genommen, um eine Art Barriere von der Dusche zum Badezimmerboden einzurichten.

Schön ruhig und doch zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat leider etwas nachgelassen, nichts wirklich typisch aus dem Tessin.

Dolcefarniente mit Genuss und Entspannung pur
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt vor den Ostertagen hat uns sehr gefallen: ideale Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht direkt auf See und Berge, Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, Ausstattung und Dekoration waren top, das Frühstück liess keine unserer Wünsche offen, das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant hat uns sehr gemundet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets präsent, ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins vom ersten Moment an. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!

Dass die schöne Zeit so schnell verging und wir wieder abreisen mussten.

Das die sauna MIT textil war ! Aussicht auf den See, grosser Balkon mit 2 Fenster wir waren mit baby da und konnten das abendessen auf den balkon geniessen während dem unser baby beobachten wie es schläft😍

Cons:

Wickelauflage für baby war am rand verstaubt leicht schmutzig… genau weil es um ein baby geht finde ich es nicht so toll es war nicht schlimm aber trotzdem nicht hygjenisch, und im bad hat es leicht gemuffelt wieso wissen wir nicht… sonst sauber preis zu hoch…
