Der Aufenthalt war nicht erfreulich.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer für stolze CHF 227,70. Aber leider konnte ich die ganz Nacht im Zimmer Nr. 225 nicht schlafen. Die ganz Nacht kamen sehr laute Klopfgeräusche aus der Klimaanlage. Die lauten Kopfgeräusche waren bei ein- und aus-
geschalteter Klimaanlage im Zimmer zu hören. Am Morgen meldet ich dieser Umstand an der Rezeption. Als Antwort wurde mir mitgeteilt; "Das sie dies wissen und die Klimaanlage repariert werden muss". Ich verlangte eine Reduktion des Zimmer-
preises, aber niemand wollte mir entgegenkommen.

Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié, le soin, les détails d’attention, l’accueil sympathique, la tranquillité, la vue de la chambre sur le lac, le joli buffet du petit déjeuner. Nous pouvons recommander cet hôtel à nos amis.

Wir kommen nicht wieder. Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Diskret und gut eingerichtet. Das Essen am Abend war sehr fein.

Cons:

Frühstück zu wenig Angebot. Beim Check In wurden uns keine Touristenkarten (Ticket für ÖV) abgegeben. Erst am 2. Tag nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen.
