Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Our hotel room had a lovely view of Lake Lugano and the promenade. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. And the location was amazing. We were close to everything!

Cons:

The only small negative was a request we made to the front desk for a bathroom robe which was never provided.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with views of the lake. Convenient to the boat and the bus
stop. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

I was not a fan of the bed. Too hard/firm for my taste.
