Top-Hotel am Luganersee in Lugano
Pros:

Absolut top sauber, sehr freundliches Personal an allen Orten, sehr gute Anbindung an Schiffahrt und öffentlichen Verkehr.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nur mittelmäßig, da nur eine Person sich drin aufhalten konnte. Statt einer Badewanne wäre eine Dusche sehr empfehlenswert; damit wäre auch der Platz für 2 Waschtische gegeben.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt am See von Lugano.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am See , das Essen und die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer von der See abgewandten Seite. Dort befand sich eine Großbaustelle .
Das Hotel kann leider nichts dafür, trotzdem nicht sehr angenehm.

Die Lage war sehr schön, direkt am See gelegen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht komfortabel.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am See, Schiff und Busstation in der unmittelbaren Nähe und ca. 10 Minuten bis Lugano-City. Frühstück war auch ausreichend.

This hotel is in an excellent location across from the beautiful lake.

The staff were very helpful and always pleasant and accommodating of our needs.

The rooms we booked were very clean and very well provisioned. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years.

It is a lovely hotel.

Cons:

The private car parking can be a very tight fit if you have a 4 x 4 SUV like we have, because of the vehicle rack system they use. It only accommodates up to a certain vehicle wheel width.

But there is an underground car park very close by if the hotel car park does not suit your car.

Top personnel! Really friendly & helpful. Private garage upon request next door; thus very convenient.

Cons:

Becoming slightly old and would certainly appreciate a refreshment here an there. BUT: still totally fine and acceptable.
