Pros:

L'hôtel en général et son emplacement. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'acceuil et surtout tout les sourires et le professionnalisme du personnel, du serveur aux dames qui travaillent à la propreté de cette hôtel. Je vais retourner avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

Bellevue is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. I had a room with a spacious terrace on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Cross the street and you're on the boulevard that runs all the way along the lake, with a lovely park at the end.
The breakfast buffet has plenty of options.
There are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The daily fee is high (hey, it's Switzerland), but it's very convenient. After checking out, I was allowed to leave the car for an hour to take one last walk along the lake.

Lovely stay for my graduation ceremony
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect! We had a room overlooking the lake and the city centre is nearby. The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed!

Excellent hôtel, cuisine savoureuse, service impeccable — un séjour sans faute.

L’hôtel est très bien tenu, le personnel est professionnel, aimable et courtois.
Les repas étaient délicieux, avec une cuisine généreuse et savoureuse.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, frais et préparé avec soin.
Tout était réuni pour un week-end agréable et reposant. Je recommande vivement !

I book this hotel already for the 2-d year while staying in Lugano. Excellent location-on a lake side, quick access to the bus station, the embankment is in front of it- y can reach the center in 5-7 min on foot. the atmosphere in the hotel is quite, no noise, the stuff is very friendly both on reception and in breakfast area, ready to assist you in any time. Breakfast is European style (enough to have it in the morning). i fully recommend it. the price level is OK for Switzerland ( for sure can be a bit less). next year will book it again.
