Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und nett. Es wurde mir sofort "Ticcino Card" angeboten welches ich für Bahn und Bus im Kanton benützen durfte. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr behilflich. Die Räume (Restaurant) haben eine besondere Eleganz. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Es war alles perfekt, keine Kritikpunkte. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall das Hotel Bellevue in Lugano für den nächsten Aufenthalt bevorzugen.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Seepromenade. In das Center von Lugano sind es gemütliche ca. 10 Geh-Mintuen entlang des Seeufers. Eine Haltestelle für eine Bootsrundfahrt liegt direkt gegenüber dem Eingang des Hotels. Sehr gute Restaurants und Bushaltestellen sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Standard-Zimmer war schön, sehr sauber und leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht sehr umfangreich im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie, aber alles war sehr, sehr gut und auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leere Platten wurden umgehend wieder aufgefüllt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Badewanne war italienischer Natur und dementsprechend sehr klein für einen großen Mann. Aber nicht weiter schlimm nach dem ersten Tag.....

Bel emplacement, près de la gare de Paradiso et à 10min à pied de Lugano (en longeant le lac). La chambre était grande, propre et le petit-déjeuner peu de prendre en chambre sans surcharge.

Mir hat alles Super gefallen 10/10 aber mir haben ein kinder bett für unsere 2 Jährige tochter reserviert online was uns auch bestätigt wurde. leider haben sie uns einfach ein normales klappbett hin gestellt für unsere zwei jährige Tochter was für uns sehr müssam wahr da die Sturz Gefahr sehr gross wahr
Ein empfehlendes Hotel. Direkt am See. Das Zentrum in geh weite. Bushaltestelle und Schiffanlegestelle vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Hat keine eigene Tiefgarage. Für die Tiefgarage muss man immer das Personal aufbieten und sie ist für SUV ungeeignet.
