Wie waren für 5 Nächte da, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, tolle Lage, sehr schöne Seesicht, zentral. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Reinigungskraft, vor allem Loredana, immer aufgestellt und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage. Sehr veraltetes Parksystem, Parkplatz ist etwas erhöht auf Eisenlatten, Gefahr dass Auto beim Parkieren beschädigt wird im Unterboden.

Hotel fantástico e tranquilo
Pros:

O que gostamos do Hotel foi a sua localização, a vista privilegiada, o conforto do quarto, e o bom atendimento dos funcionários. . Sem deixar de mencionar a super simpatia das Camareiras que nos saúdavam com um sorriso largo e alegre, muito simpáticas e desempenham um papel fundamental na limpeza dos quartos. O pequeno almoço é excelente tem muita variedade e muito bom. Uma esplanada bem agradável com uma piscina pequena mas aconchegante, tudo bem organizado em relação ao espaço um pequeno parquinho para as crianças poderem brincar. Adorámos e mais uma vez obrigada a todos da equipa.

Cons:

O que menos apreciámos foi a garagem do hotel com um custo adicional por noite de 19 euros, é o espaço é meio difícil de estacionar, para que tenham mais algum espaço são lugares com elevação(ou seja tem outro lugar por baixo funciona como elevador) e são apertadinhos para carros maiores. Mas tudo correu bem.

Schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ein tolles und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet, sehr freundliches Personal, grosses und modernes Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt (sehr nahe zu den Schiffanlegeplätzen, zum Bahnhof, zur Piazza Grande und zu Restaurants).

Cons:

Tipp: bei rückseitigen Zimmern (jene ohne Seesicht) schaut man an wenig erbauliche Häuserfassaden; dass haben wir aber bewusst in Kauf genommen bei der Buchung für unseren Kurztrip ins Tessin.

Tout était parfait ! le buffet au petit déjeuner est sublime, excellent de qualité et varié. Personnel souriant, très agréable à discuter. Manque un billard ou une petite activité à faire pour adulte le soir, autour d'un verre =) Cadre idéal pour Locarno, super hôtel !

L’emplacement. Très bon petit déjeuner. La piscine: dommage elle n’était pas à 28 degrés comme annoncé

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es war schön dass wir wählen konnten, ob wir drinnen oder drausen an der Sonne sitzen wollen, dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am See mit einer wundervollen Aussicht.

Cons:

Am Abend war es nicht sehr gemütlich an der Bar, da diese eher als Abstellfläche benutzt wurde, die Bedienung hat diesen Umstand aber wieder wett gemacht.
