Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam, flexibel, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man fühlte sich willkommen.
Berücksichtigung glutenfreies Essen hat wunderbar geklappt.

Cons:

Aussengerät der Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon war störend (laut und Abwärme)

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und wir haben mit unserem Wiederkommen "gedroht".
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und die Zimmer grosszügig, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Wir hatten wie gewünscht eine Dusche und nicht Badewanne im Zimmer. Im Restaurant gab es Speisen von welchen die halbe Portion auch zum halben Preis berechnet waren.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren zu weich.

Pros:

Waterfront property with air conditioned rooms and a great pool and brekkie. Staff were excellent and allowed an early check in. Motorbike parking was outside reception entrance in arrivals car park but secure. Parking underground is possible but on an incline which not all bike riders might like. Would recommend. Also, the gorgeous town on Ascona is only a 20min bus ride away. Definitely worth visiting.

lokalita bola výborná, priamo pri jazere, raňajkový bufet bol pestrý

Cons:

Večere boli jednoduchšie, žiadne šaláty, len predjedlo a hlavné jedlo, na ktoré sme čakali aj 1 hodinu, čo bolo dosť zarážajúce, nie vždy to bolo chutné. Bazén na taký veľký hotel je maličký a značne znečistený.

Fantastic! I highly recommend
Pros:

Such a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with getting us rooms next to each other. The free breakfast had a large selection and everything was delicious. The matching robes and slippers were an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

החדר גדול, המיטה מצויינת ונוחה.
החדר נקי ביותר

Cons:

בגדול הכל כבר די מיושן מבחינת הריהוט והחדר, אבל החדר רחצה זקוק לשדרוג משמעותי כי הוא ברמה של אכסניה ולא של בית מלון במיקום ובאזור שכזה

Bis Samstag alles perfekt. Dann wurden wir vom Pech verfolgt.
Pros:

Frühstücken im Außenbereich. Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist Traumhaft direkt am See.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage das man dafür pro Nacht 19 fr. dafür bezahlen musste wurde man erst vor Ort informiert.
