-Schwarzer Schimmel an Wänden und Decke !!!
-alles extrem lieblos; Verwahrlosung zieht sich durch alles durch; mit wenig Aufwand und Renovationsarbeiten liesse sich schon vieles verbessern
-sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
-Personal ist freundlich und gibt sich Mühe - Mühe alleine genügt aber leider nicht…

A very pleasant stay - We would certainly stay here in future !
Pros:

We were upgraded to a large room with settee and small balcony with table & 2 chairs which had a view of the lake, this was a lovely gesture from hotel, the room was very pleasant with a very large comfortable bed, +a very nice large en-suite bathroom. All the staff were friendly efficient and helpful. Breakfast was included in price and there was plenty to choose from the breakfast buffet -The food & drink was good we had dinner both nights in restaurant which was good. We had requested a parking place, and this was met to which we paid extra- we knew this in advance. The hotel is located on a narrow busy road and hasn't got direct access to lake which was okay for us. The swimming pool was good & outdoor area nice with views of the lake. You had option for in/outside dining. The hotel has lifts.
Be aware you pay in swiss Francs not euros .

Cons:

Everything was good !! no complaints !!

Kann man machen, wenn man aber was anderes findet ist es auch okay.

Super freundliches Personal, schöne Aussicht, fruhstuck la Auswahl zufriedene. Ruhige Lage.

Zimmer eher in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze furchtbar durchgelegen.

Fijn hotel dat schitterend aan het meer van Lugano ligt.
Pros:

Hotel ligt prachtig aan het meer van Lugano, ook vlak bij doorgaande route, vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad. Mooi terras voor diner en ontbijt.

L'ubicazione, la camera, la qualità del cibo (abbiamo cenato due volte), il personale.

Cons:

Nel giorno del check-out siamo arrivati a colazione verso le 9 del mattino e non c'era più pane ne brioche, etc. E la sala era piena, quindi non è accettabile.

Brak wody na przywitnie ale za to w mini barze po 5 CHF!
Jakość nie odpowiadająca cenie chyba, że ktoś lubi wykończenie wnętrz i wystrój przełomu lat 70/80. Sporą przesadą jest dodatkowa opłata 15 CHF/dobę za parking gdzie zaparkowanie jest sporym wezwaniem a alternatywy parkowania brak.
