Tolles Hotel für Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Der Empfangsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, der Blick auf den See unglaublich schön. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Super Panorama, Now how naja..
Pros:

Die Lage am Luganer See ist sehr gut und vom Pool aus kann man direkt über den Luganer See blicken.

Cons:

Man hat keine große Möglichkeit am Abend vom Hotel aus in der näheren Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen da in der Nähe überhaupt keine Restaurants, Cafés oder ähnlich sind außer man fährt mit dem Auto weg iss aber nicht gerade förderlich.

La piscine et la vue sur le lac de Lugano.

Cons:

La restauration en dehors du petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité/prix, plus de 80€ pour une salade composée, des pâtes et 2 bières, un des serveurs (homme) vraiment pas accueillant.

Perfekt für 2 -3Uebernachtungen, um mit Bus und Schiff ab Campione den See und Gegend zu erkunden.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet nicht herausragend aber absolut reichhaltig genug. Guter Kaffee. Bei trockenem Wetter Terrasse mit Aussicht sehr schön. Zimmer angenehm gross und klimatisiert. Personal sehr freundlich. Garagenplatz für Auto vorhanden,
Ladestationen für E-Autos.

Cons:

Keine Ruhe am Pool, da dauernd Kinder vom Beckenrand hineingesprungen sind. Die Qualität der Ruhe hängt von den Besuchern ab, der Pool sollte geschlossen werden, sobald die Terrasse zum Abendessen geöffnet wird.

Positiv: es hat meistens genug Liegen und Tücher.

Gute Lage und fairer Preis, aber deutliche Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, und der Preis war für das Tessin vergleichsweise günstig. Für ein Einzelzimmer für etwa 140 CHF ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angesichts der Lage wohl noch akzeptabel. Parkgebühr von 15 CHF pro Tag. Das aufgeschnittene frische Obst beim Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und für mich einer der positiven Punkte.

Cons:

Leider war der Zustand der Zimmer deutlich weniger überzeugend. Auf den Ablagen und unter dem Bett lag Staub, das Badezimmer war sehr klein, die Einrichtung alt, und insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und nicht besonders sauber.

Mein ursprüngliches Zimmer musste außerdem gewechselt werden, weil unter der Matratze auf dem Lattenrost statt einer normalen Reparatur eine Platte lag, die wie ein Teil eines Tisches aussah. Eine solche provisorische Lösung hat mich in einem Hotelzimmer doch sehr überrascht.

Das Frühstück 15CHF war insgesamt eher einfach. Bei den herzhaften Speisen gab es im Wesentlichen nur Aufschnitt und gekochte Eier, die Auswahl war also recht begrenzt.

Unangenehm fand ich auch eine Situation am Hotelpool. Das Personal ließ Gäste in normaler Kleidung baden, in der sie zum Pool gekommen waren – die Kinder in T-Shirts und Unterwäsche, ein Erwachsener in T-Shirt, Unterhose und Jeansshorts. Aus hygienischer Sicht fand ich das für einen Hotelpool nicht angemessen und hätte erwartet, dass das Personal stärker auf die Einhaltung grundlegender Regeln achtet.

Insgesamt könnte das Hotel vor allem bei der Sauberkeit, der Instandhaltung der Zimmer und der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals deutlich nachbessern.

Séjour agréable avec de belles découvertes .
Pros:

Hotel calme , bon petit déjeuner , personel aimable et avenant .

Cons:

Malheureusement , lors de notre dernière soiréé , la route au bord du lac à Lugano était ferméé et aucuns bus ne pouvait circuler . Aucune notification dans les transports publiques . Nous avons donc été obligés de renter en taxi après le repas .
