Un bel endroit
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, très belle chambre, calme et confortable, très bon restaurant.
Manque de parasols à la piscine, la vue sur le lac

Cons:

Prix de la restauration élevés, et 17FS pour une nuit au garage pour la voiture, c'est vraiment abusé

Short stay to remember
Pros:

Staff was very frendly, hotel gives you this frendly feeling. Position of the hotel itself was perfect, view on the lake was magnificiant.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, Komfortables Zimmer mit Blick auf See, sehr feines Frühstück.
Bushaltestelle nach Lugano direkt vor Hotel.
Bad in Bissone in 15Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar

Cons:

Wir hatten mit der Klimaanlage etwas zu kämpfen

Stanza dà 12 mt2, senza un armadio, lavandino rotto,aria condizionata vecchia con telecoms do che accede man impossibile spegnerla perche rotto,parcheggio intero a pagamento (17eurogg),colazione scarsa è dí pessima qualita', davanti alle mie rimostranze là recezionista ha detto: mi dispiace ma abbiamo le mani legate!! Alles in allem eine positive Erfahrung, wenn das Wetter auch gut ist.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück und der Pool waren wirklich gut. Das Personal äusserst nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit 16 qm wirklich klein. Aber es gibt sogar noch viel kleinere Zimmer. Auf den Aufzug wartet man ewig. Alles in Allem sind die Preise für Zimmer ziemlich überzogen. Preise für Frühstück oder Parken sind hingegen top.

Would definitely do again!
Pros:

Great view over the lake, very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Felt like an amazing hotel, that has seen some better days, but is still worth a visit.

L'emplacement de l'établissement, la vue sur le lac et les alentours ainsi que la piscine sont des points très positifs.
La chambre et les équipements sont corrects mais espace petit.

Cons:

Le restaurant n'est vraiment pas de qualité malgré les prix qui restent dans la moyenne de la région.
Le service est bien malgré un personnel qui peut faiblement sourire. Le monsieur du restaurant ne sourit jamais et on a l'impression qu'il n'est pas content d'être là alors qu'il fait très bien son travail.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, magnifique piscine et belle chambre. On nous a offert une meilleure chambre que ce que nous avions réservé .

Cons:

Équipements très bien mais nécessitant un peu d’entretien .
Pas mal de bruit mais du en partie à des travaux.
Restaurant délicieux mais il faut absolument vérifier l’addition ! Pour nous elle était fausse trois fois !

Pros:

Erg bekommerd en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was klein, maar van alle comfort voorzien.
Het restaurant was in orde, om s'avonds een hapje te eten. Zeker een aanrader, nadat we ook andere restaurants in de naburige dorpjes hadden bezocht.
We kregen een gratis reispas voor het busvervoer
