Struttura datata, colazione di scarsa qualità assoluta mancanza di accoglienza.

Cons:

Dopo le 19 la struttura non è presidiata e non c’è un contatto di emergenza funzionante (e’ scritto solo in camera e non funzionava), per cui se per ipotesi si dovessero perdere le Chiavi della camera si dorme in strada. Nella nostra camera sul letto matrimoniale abbiamo trovato solo un piumino da letto singolo e c’è lo siamo disputati tutta la notte senza poterci rivolgere a qualcuno per risolvere la situazione banale.

Un hotel in buona posizione, con tante cose da migliorare.
Pros:

La posizione, centrale e vicina al Palazzo dei Congressi.

Cons:

Il fatto che la reception fosse attiva solo dalle h 7 alle h 14, dopodichè, se uno aveva il cellulare guasto tipo noi, restava fuori. Dico cellulare per leggere le mail, con i codici di accesso e le istruzioni per trovare la chiave, mandate all'ultimo minuto dell'orario di check in previsto. L'ascensore funzionava solo in determinati orari, e comunque non di notte. Il parcheggio dell'hotel era a pagamento (15 euro al giorno). Non esisteva un frigobar in camera.

Het was een leuke kennismaking van de stad Lugano, doch het 'Monegaskisch' karakter verdwijnt.
Pros:

Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen !
De kamer werd proper onderhouden.
Lugano is een heel mooie stad waar wel wat te beleven valt.

Cons:

Ontbijt was heel ééntonig.
Op de kamer waren weinig faciliteiten.
Het personeel was niet bepaald opgetogen met hun taakindeling.
Zwitserland is, na het beëindigen van het bankgeheim, in een downfall terecht gekomen.
Vele gebouwen, zowel als kantoor alsook voor verblijf, staan leeg en in verval in Lugano.
De mensen lopen ietwat teneergelagen rond.

Good location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The location is good, easy to walk to the lake and close to bus stops. A ticano was provided and it was very useful

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work well, or I couldn't figure out how to make it work well.

Lage vom Bahnhof 15 Gehminuten. Bar im Hotel ab 19.00 geschlossen. Tourismustaxe höher als bestätigt. Zimmer sehr klein und eng.
