Pros:

Nettes, ruhiges Hotel, schönes Schwimmbad, gutes Frühstück und gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt von der Seepromenade, Busstation ist gleich vor dem Hotel (man bekam einen Pass für gratis Bus und Bahn). Waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Das Waschbecken ist etwas ungünstig, weil man dort die Trinkflasche nicht auffüllen kann. In unserem Zimmer ließ sich der Vorgang nur schwer ganz zuschieben, weil das Fenster einen Knick macht. Könnte man vielleicht anders lösen.

Location was walking distance to the central area.
Pros:

Clean and Tidy. Reception was more than helpful. Lovely girl helped me with my phone problems.

Cons:

Shower head could have been better, it had a mind of its own. Spray any which way.

Conforto e boa localização em Lugano
Pros:

Tem garagem, inclusive 3 vagas para carros elétricos. Ótima localização e o café da manhã é bom e servido em um ambiente amplo e muito agradável. O local é muito tranquilo e silencioso, e a equipe do hotel, principalmente as garotas, é muito gentil e educada. As instalações são muito limpas e os quartos confortáveis.

Cons:

Apesar da limpeza e do conforto, nota-se que alguns detalhes poderiam melhorar, como uma pequena reforma em alguns pontos.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, if you like a little stroll you can definitely walk to the city center. Multiple bus stops conveniently located within a few minutes. Kind staff, comfortable beds. Room was perfect for a solo traveller. Can absolutely recommend if you wanna stay just outside the hustle and bustle. Will stay here again!
