It was a pleasant stay in beautiful Lugano.
Pros:

I liked the view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. It was great they provided water bottles in the room.

Cons:

The floor had a few defects in the wood causing it to uneven. Bathroom did notbhave a shower door so the water flooded the bathroom when showering. Pillows were flat.

Das Zimmer war gross und bequem. Das Badezimmer war riesig und sauber. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Das Frühstücks Buffet hatte für jeden Etwas.

Tolles Hotel, müsste aber unbedingt sanft renoviert werden
Pros:

-Lage
-tolles Konzept eines Hotels/ Architektur.
-Frühstücksbuffet topp!!

Cons:

-Pool macht sehr schlechten Eindruck (sollte auch ausserhalb der Saison gepflegt sein)
-TV Programm miserabel, keine deutschsprachigen Sender und das in der Schweiz!!!
(wir in der Deutschschweiz berücksichtigen alle 4 Landessprachen, hier finde ich ca. 30 Sender aus Italien)
Geht gar nicht!!!!!!!!!
-Aufenthaltsräume sind in die Jahre gekommen und brauchen ein Face-lifting

Kort gafstand fra strandpromenaden og venligt personale. Værelse fint. Morgenmad sparsomt udbud og ikke høj standard.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

The room was quiet despite the train railways being in close viscinity of the hotel. Breakfast was acceptable, they also had gluten-free options if asked. Parking is available on site.

Cons:

The room was quite small.

Pros:

L’emplacement, vue sur le mont san Salvatore, le personnel.

Cons:

Près de la voie ferrée, en entend un peu les trains même si chambres bien isolées. Propose charge électrique mais la plupart des bornes ne marchent pas, une seule borne fonctionnelle. Ménage sous lit à revoir!! Poussières…
