Very pleased with our choice to stay here— would recommend!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast and sitting area. Location right by train station was very convenient, and if hills to get to hotel from town are tough for you, the funicular is available.

Die zentrale Lage und der freundliche Empfang.

Cons:

Die Auswahl an Produkten war beim Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt. Es fehlte an frischen Produkten wie Obst, Eierspeisen und....Das Ambiente im Speiseraum bzw. Restaurant erinnerte uns an einen Warteraum im Bahnhof. Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Das Abendmenü ist nicht zu empfehlen, z. B. das in der Karte mit Mascarpone beschriebene Dessert wurde nur mit Sahne zubereitet. Auf unsere Nachfrage behauptete der Kellner, dass der Nachtisch mit Mascarpone zubereitet sei. Wir fühlten uns auf den Arm genommen. Schade!

top - aufmerksames Personal. Extrem sauber. Lage ideal. Ganzes Hotel sehr gepflegt. Frühstück überschaubar, dafür von bester Qualität mit frischen Früchten und frisch aufgeschnittenem Fleisch, viel hausgemachtes. wunderbares Hotel - ein kleines Juwel das sich nach mehr als 3 Sternen anfühlt.
