The breakfast food was excellent and staff extremely friendly. Once we figured out the ramp to/from the train station to/from the hotel it was a beeeze getting around.

quiet hotel in Lugano
Pros:

Location is near the station it's 2 minutes on foot, we just found some difficulties when we tried to reach it by car, the room is very simple but clean, staff were friendly.

Awesome all around and best hotel experience ever in all areas of serving their guests!
Pros:

Amazing location! Close to train station and Lugano Central, but up high on hill so very quiet and peaceful. Staff were all kind, helpful and always went above & beyond expectations! Delicious meals at breakfast and dinner with the best service always desiring to please their guests.
