Perfect hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location was amazing, right across from the lake and close to all the restaurants and fun! Breakfast was good and the honor bar was super convenient.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

This hotel has a great location to see the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a lot of variety. The hotel staff (especially Alessandro at the breakfast) were friendly and helpful.

Wir fuehlten uns sehr wohl (mit Hund)

zentrale Lage, ausgiebiges Fruehstueck, Parkplatz

Cons:

Duschvorhang sollte durch ein ersetz Glas ersetzt werden - auch die Armaturen sind schlecht posizioniert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen.
Von kaputten Fliesen im Bad über einen muffligen Geruch im Hotelzimmer.

Luxe in een historisch hotel
Pros:

Het zwembad beviel het meest. Je moet hiervoor wel een trap op maar je hebt prachtig uitzicht en verschillende hoeken/plaatsen waar je kunt relaxen. Ook zijn er extra activiteiten (groot schaakbord, tafelvoetbal, ed). Bij de bar (onderaan de trap) kun je drankjes krijgen. Handdoeken liggen klaar. Ik zou hiervoor alweer teruggaan.
De Honesty bar is makkelijk in gebruik - altijd open; opschrijven wat je hebt gebruikt.
Vanuit het hotel loop je via de winkelstraat het centrum in. Er is een parkeergarage waar je kunt opladen. In de garage is een autolift om op de andere verdieping te komen.

Cons:

We hadden de Belle Époque Tweepersoonskamer met Hemelbed. Het bed is wat laag en de matras aan de harde kant. De kamer straalt wel een enorme sfeer uit.

Fantastico soggiorno a Lugano.
Pros:

Struttura storica situata sul lungolago in zona centralissima. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Piacevole servizio di Honesty Bar al primo piano con terrazzino all’aperto sul lungolago. Camera comoda e funzionale attrezzata per accogliere il cane in stanza. Piscina. Garage in struttura. Colazione super.
Tutto sopra le aspettative!!

Cons:

Possibilità di portare il proprio cagnolino a bordo piscina anche se di piccola taglia tenuto al guinzaglio ed in braccio per un piccolo lasso di tempo di condivisione familiare dal momento che i Pet sono accettati in Hotel. Mentre abbiamo trovato famiglie con bambini maleducati che facevano tuffi e giochi in acqua disturbando l’armonia e quiete di un angolo relax molto bello. Regola comunque giusta e capibile nella gestione quotidiana dell’utenza ma migliorabile.

Such a Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was suitable for our family and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The pool and patio were the perfect place for our family to hang out and cool off, especially during the recent heatwave. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for any visits to Lugano. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
