Pros:

L emplacement de la piscine est super. Les arbres choisis sont magnifiques et amene un peu ordre. Ils cachent du vis a vis.

Cons:

La chambre est petite pour ce prix-la. Je m attendais a avoir une autre vue au vu du prix.

Pros:

excellent location , clean and comfortable facilities , cold room in summer and good breakfast

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to have a concierge or staff member available to assist guests with their luggage, as there are stairs at the entrance. I think this would be a wonderful addition and would make the arrival experience much more convenient.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre la ville à pieds avec le parking en dessous de l’hôtel. Et la piscine était très agréable car ils faisait chaud lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

La chambre avait un style très ancien et une odeur peu agréable (vieux). Le lit n’est pas adapté pour une personne de plus de 180cm.

Freundlicher Empfang durch den Nachtportier. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und aufmerksame Bedienung.
War nur eine Nacht hier, aber ich werde das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Struttura antica ma tenuta benissimo, con carattere. C’è anche un piccolo museo e una bellissima piscina.

Cons:

tutto benissimo - colazione buona ma non eccezionale (tuttavia perfettamente in linea con le stelle)

Incrível hotel em Lugano
Pros:

O hotel é um prédio lindo com muito estórias, um “museu” com peças incríveis. Localização muito boa, café da manhã maravilhoso e atendentes muito atenciosos, em especial, ao Ivan que nos recebeu maravilhosamente. Obrigada pela excelente estadia!
