Lake Lugano is a lovely place to visit.
Pros:

I booked this property based on location and price. Restaurants were close by and sites were walkable. Taking the bus back to the train station was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful. They had and exceptional breakfast buffet that was included in our booking. Our room was a "landmark" view which meant it overlooked the roof of the church next door. Also it lacked natural lighting.

Localização boa, hotel bem conservado, café da manhã completo, funcionários do café extremamente educados e solicitos. Tem um espaço social legal e com vista linda para o lago.

Cons:

Difícil de usar a banheira como chuveiro, bem apertado e difícil de se movimentar dentro. Fila para fazer check in e check out.

It is one of the most fantastic hotels, I've ever been. Breakfast comparable to best five stars hotels (I've stayed in many of them all over the world). Beautiful view. Beuatiful interiors. Nice garden with a swimming pool at the back
