Prima für kurzen Aufenthalt in Lugano - Lage super
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes altes Hotel mit antikem Charme, alten Möbeln und vielen Gemälden, alten sehr schönen hohen Türen und Räumen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und würde mit Tablets auf den Tisch gestellt. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Mühe und Auswahl gewünscht. Aber es war sehr günstig.

Ich habe zwei Zimmer gebucht und bei einem Zimmer 3 Betten für die Kinder ich wusste nicht das eine von denn kinder aufem Sofa musste schlafen.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location and it was clean and quirky. I enjoyed my stay and I loved the balcony overlooking the lake

Этот отель отличное соотношение цена-качество.
В отзывах говорили, что запах табака в номерах - у нас этого не было. В коридоре да, чувствует местами, но в номере нет.
Сам номер простой, чисто, но вид из окна - просто вау! Нереально. Ради него стоит побывать тут.
Хороший матрас и подушки.
Завтраки не брали, предпочли купить все в супермаркете и позавтракать на балконе с нереально красивым видом на озеро.

Very kind and nice stuff, beautiful hotel, it’s just a pity not very well kept.

Very good location, beautiful hotel, with a beautiful view and very nice service!

Cons:

Hotel needs a deep cleaning, restaurant upstairs smells a bit strange (old and perhaps not cleaned regularly). The rooms went made but same as with restaurant, would probably required deep cleaning. I’m a smoker but I never smoke next to my child, and as someone was walking through hotel every day with cigar, the smell was all round corridor in front of our rooms and also I could smell it in our room especially early mornings. Also breakfast was exactly same each day and after 3/4 days you can barely keep up with eating same. Probably better idea would be to eat out.

Хороший отель вблизи озера Лугано, в 400м от жд станции и фуникулёра.
Pros:

Особняк конца 19 века, с просторными номерами, сделан ремонт. Шикарный вид на озеро (если номер с видом). Дружелюбный персонал, особенно Аврора. Фуникулёр и ж/д станция находятся в пешей доступности. До центра Лугано: 1,5 км пешком вдоль потрясающего променада по берегу озера.

Cons:

Жаль, что завтрак не включён в стоимость и надо возиться с его оплатой отдельно... Уборка номера могла бы быть лучше. На стойке ресепшен свет мог бы быть ярче и дизайн. Жаль, что на стойке ресепшн нет постоянного работника и надо ждать или искать администратора... Ресторан при отеле мог бы предлагать своим гостям скидку (практика многих ресторанов при отеле). Неудобно, что чек аут на 2 этаже...

Verouderd, zowel kamer - badkamer, eetzaal, receptie - het hele hotel. Stijlvol en klassiek mag maar dit hotel zwaar achterstallig onderhoud.
