Прекрасный вид из окна, это нечто! Кондиционер в номере, металические шторы для окон, можно было сделать полный блэкаут и нормально выспаться. Ванна в номере. Номер сам по себе просторный

Inviting structure, value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent and this old construction dated from 1885 is very inviting. The staff both reception and restaurant are very very kind and helpful

Cons:

Don’t expect the Four Seasons, Sheraton or Hilton. But it is value for money

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Luganer See ist atemberaubend. Das entschädigt für alles. Es ist ein altes historisches Hotel die Zimmer zeigen eher weniger Charme. Praktisch und für eine Nacht ist das völlig okay. Für längere Zeit wär es mir persönlich für diese Ausstattung zu teuer. Das Frühstück ist schon fast Italienisch 😉 es wird serviert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit 👍

Cons:

Mir hat das Bett nicht gefallen. Die Kissen sind imm wieder am Kopfende in eine große Ritze gerutscht. Aber auch hier ist es nicht so schlimm wegen nur einer Nacht. Aber der Blick vom Bett aus nur fantastisch.

Beautiful view, but several disappointing details
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Victoria au Lac and overall the experience was decent. The lake view was definitely beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay.
The staff was polite and helpful, although not always available at the reception: we often had to ring several times before someone arrived.
We were also disappointed with the balcony. Despite being a couple and paying a significant price for the room, we were assigned a room with an extremely small balcony, more suitable for one person only. For the amount paid, we expected a proper balcony with enough space, chairs, and a small table to comfortably enjoy the view.

Cons:

An unclear aspect was the breakfast. No precise information was provided beforehand, so we expected a varied buffet-style breakfast. Instead, a tray was brought directly to the table with very limited portions: one piece of each item (a boiled egg, croissant, bread, cake, etc.). It would be better to explain the breakfast service more clearly in advance to avoid different expectations.
Room cleanliness could also have been better. As soon as I opened the balcony door, I found a cockroach on it, which was definitely unpleasant and gave a poor impression regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

It is right on the lake front, and they give you a free bus pass valid for one day with unlimited travel in the entire Ticino county.

Cons:

Breakfast is not included. There is an adult all night cabaret dancing club at the same address.
