Fint hotell i gammel stil ved bredden av Luganosjøen.
Pros:

Gammel eleganse ved strandpromenaden Paradiso, Lugano, utsikt mot sjøen. Hyggelig betjening. Enkel, men god frokost. Nær togstasjonen Paradiso, en halv times spasertur langs strandpromenaden til gamlebyen.

Cons:

Litt slitent, men holder stilen.

Beautiful location and very nice people
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful part of the city, in two steps from st salvatore mountain funicular.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The owner is amazing!

Cons:

The floor makes noise, and not quite sound proofed, the snoring in the next room was heard 😅

Pros:

I had a lakeside room and the view was just amazing! Could see all over town, the lake and the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is a bit dated here and there, but the staff is friendly and everyhing you need is there.

Un très bon début aux vacances
Pros:

Situé dans un très bel endroit sur le bord du Lac de Lugano, l'hôtel Victoria était parfait pour mon séjour d'une nuit en tant que voyageur seul. L'équipe d'accueil était très amicale, et avait été très patiente lorsque j'essayais de parler en italien, même là où je me suis confondu. La chambre était tout à fait propre et bien organisée, et j'ai même pu faire l'enregistrement un peu plus tôt que prévu à mon arrivée. Même si cet enregistrement à l'avance n'est pas toujours possible, l'équipe était prête à garder mes bagages à l'accueil jusqu'à ce que la chambre soit refaite. En bref, un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Seulement deux choses seraient à améliorer à mon avis. D'abord, la signalétique pour identifier l'entrée principale à l'édifice n'était pas trop évident depuis la rue au côté lac, ce qui rendait l'arrivée un peu confondante, mais ce n'est pas trop grave si on a le temps de faire un court tour du bâtiment pour la trouver. Deuxièmement, ce n'était pas possible de décider le jour J si on voulait prendre le petit déjeuner dans le restau de l'hôtel, mais encore ce n'est qu'un petit agacement parce que je devais faire le check-out un dimanche matin et ne savait pas le samedi soir si j'en aurais eu le temps. Habituellement, j'imagine qu'il y aurait plein de cafés ouverts à cette heure-là !
