Lovely staff. Great central location.
Pros:

Location was super central. The staff could not have been more friendly and gave us an excellent lake view room and small gift to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

Shame there was no bar on the roof to go with the view.

Experiență de neuitat la Walter Au Lac de Ziua Națională a Elveției!
Pros:

Locația hotelului este absolut imbatabilă! Am avut șansa de a fi cazați aici pe 1 August, de Ziua Națională a Elvetiei, iar priveliștea asupra focurilor de artificii de pe Lacul Lugano a fost de-a dreptul spectaculoasă. Camera a fost curată, bine climatizată, iar personalul foarte amabil. Vom reveni cu mare placere!

Cons:

Camera este puțin restrânsă, dar cadrul și vederea la lac compensează din plin.

L’hôtel est très bien situé.
Ma chambre était assez bruyante si je voulais ouvrir la fenêtre. Mais avec la clim et le double vitrage, c’était ok.
La vue de la chambre no 25 est super
Petit déjeuner très bon.
Le service est efficace et les dames très sympas

The only thing to like about this property is its location on the lake. Plus the helpful lady on reception.

Cons:

This should not be classed as a hotel - more of a B&B. No hotel facilities. Incredibly dated rooms - think circa 1975! Average breakfast & the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had the misfortune of lying on! So, so hard! It kept me awake & left me with a bruised hip! Whilst I appreciate Switzerland is expensive, this ‘hotel’ is not worth its price in any way,shape or form!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Lugano!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren immer super aufgeräumt (auch Kleider wurden zusammengefaltet) und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Klimaanlage in den Zimmer haben wir sehr geschätzt und obwohl das Zimmer direkt an der Strasse war haben wir nicht viel vom Nachtlärm mitbekommen.

Cons:

Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr auf den Whirlpool gefreut, leider war dieser nicht vorhanden.

Die Lage direkt am See war sehr schön. Allerdings ist die Promenade auch durch die Autos und Motorräder sehr laut.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Badewanne im Zimmer, das finde ich persönlich zum duschen immer etwas schwierig. Gerade wenn der Vorhang an den Beinen klebt.
