Lage, grosses Zimmer, grosses Badezimmer, sehr schöner Balkon mit Seeblick, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum.
Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein.
Fantastic location. Room with a view! Air conditioning was great given the extreme heat. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was above average and included. Room and bathroom were clean. Towels were clean and replaced daily. Room was a bit small, but overall we would probably stay there again!
This was our second time here and it is one of my favorite hotels in Switzerland. I loved the balcony overlooking the lake. The corner room was lovely with a nice breeze. Breakfast was delicious and the wait staff are friendly. The location is really ideal with proximity to easy public transport, restaurants, the museum, and the boat dock for day trips to Morcote and Gandria.
A very small suggestion would be a bit more space between tables at breakfast.

Our small room was comfortable and opened to a patio with a wonderful lake view. You could not have asked for more. The staff was very helpful with everything. The morning breakfast had an Asiatic feel but good. Can not beat this location.
Room was small but there was nothing else not to like. The views of the lake are amazing.
La belle vue sur le lac depuis le balcon. Le climatiseur dans chaque chambre étant donné la chaleur extérieure extrême lors de notre séjour. On avait deux chambres séparées avec salle de bain commune ce qui répondait bien à nos besoins. Le petit réfrigérateur dans une des chambres.
Le bain avec douche téléphone était très étroit et le fond arrondi ce qui était un peu déséquilibrant.
