Vista e localização sensacionais!
Pros:

Reservei um quarto com varanda de frente para o rio Lugano. Ele era pequeno pelo valor, mas atendeu a todas minhas expectativas em relação à vista sensacional (inclusive no café da manhã delicioso) e localização perfeita. Com certeza, uma das minhas melhores hospedagens!!!

Cama de casal estreita e travesseiros não muito bons.

Ein in vierter Generation familiengeführtes Hotel - und das merkt man im besten Sinne. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, das gesamte Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt lige ud til promenaden og søen, i centrum af Lugano og i gåafstand fra banegården. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Godt og velfungerende værelse. God morgenbuffet.

Cons:

Der var forholdsvis meget gadestøj.
