Das Zimmer ist viel zu teuer, aber es war trotzdem schön, da man viel unternehmen konnte

Die Lage am See war gut, das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es gab gratis Bademäntel und Badetücher und der Balkon war auch sehr schön. Tagsüber konnte man gratis Kaffee und Mineralwasser trinken.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig Liegen am Wasser für die Gäste, nicht alle fanden Platz. Da es nur eine kleine Terasse am See gibt und keinen Strand, ist das ein Problem. Es war durch die direkte Lage an der Strasse Abends sehr laut im Zimmer. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war enttäuschend, die Möbel waren total altmodisch und das Bett war zu niedrig, alles ca. gefühlte 30 Jahre alt...In der überalterten Badewanne war die Emaille stellenweise abgeblättert und der Duschvorhang an der Wanne ist auch nicht gerade "superior". Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, die gekochten Eier waren eiskalt und es gab nur 3 Sorten Aufschnitt. Es war ein sehr spärliches Buffet für diesen hohen Preis, selbst in 3 Sterne Hotels hatten wir schon ein besseres Angebot.

Alles so wie es sein soll, einfach top. Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am See ein Traum!
Das Zimmer war gross, hell, sauber und sehr ruhig mit Balkon und direktem Seeblick.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben keine negativen Angaben zu machen.

Der Aufenthalt im Tresa Bay Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen perfekt erfüllt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Täglich gab es eine sehr grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Käsesorten,
kaltem Fleisch, Müesli etc................ Dazu gab es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsecken, wo das Hotel kostenloser Kaffee an-
geboten hat.

Cons:

Wir wussten, dass unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels die Kantonsstrasse verläuft, welche vor allem am frühen Morgen und am späteren Nachmittag stark frequentiert ist durch die Pendler von Italien.
Da wir aber unser Zimmer auf der Seeseite hatten, störte uns dieser Umstand nicht wirklich.

Top Lage
Pros:

Super Lage , Sicht auf den See. Nahe an der Grenze.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und das Mobiliar sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.
Teils war es auch staubig ( Nachttischlampe)
Kein gutes Restaurant in Ponte tresa zu finden wo man zu Fuß erreichen könnte.
Hoteleigenes Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer !
