Unkompliziert, effektiv, freundlich. sauber. Die üblichen Bewertungsnörgler blenden den sehr güntigen Preis - gerade für Schweizer Verhältnisse - aus und vergessen, dass auch hier nur mit Wasser gekocht wird und somit Gebrauchsspuren normal sind.

Pros:

Older receptionist gentleman was kind and explained all well. They charge for each night extra 4 CHF. That's something people should know it's not in the price included.
Staff seems easy going and friendly.
Has an unique touch as it's run by i assume Indian people. I liked that. 👍
I would say the price compared to other hotels was a big plus for me.
If I had to stay again I definitely would.

Cons:

As for the rooms for that price it's ok.
The hotel is old.
The pillows are not the best.
Mattress was alright.
Switzerland is quite expensive and if staying at this hotel can save you money.
So ideal for low budget travelling.
If you seek something new and fancy, I don't recommend..

Pros:

Friendly staff.
Budget friendly for Biel, compared to other places.
If you don't seek anything fancy it's alright.

What is not included is 4 CHF extra charge for each night you stay there so keep add this to the price.

Cons:

Well pillow was uncomfortable and yeah it can need an upgrade but if so then the room be more expensive.
So that's ok.

Vengo spesso qui, servizio come sempre. Rapporto prezzo/servizio per me buono. Colazione abbastanza varia a buffet

Cons:

Vi erano le giostre davanti alla finestra della mia camera, musica assordante, fortunatamente alle 21.00 hanno chiuso.

Er hat mich 10 Euro mit zwang Geld genehmen.
Ich war um 16:00 Uhr dort und musste halbrunde noch warten weil kein Personal gegeben und nach Halbstunden kommt. Bei Frühstücken gab kein Brot und nicht viel zum essen
