Comfortable Stay at Hotel Arte
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Arte in Switzerland. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. I also really liked the top floor area. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

One small downside was that I was not informed that hotel guests could use a nearby gym.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Arte war in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufriedenstellend, mit hohem Komfort, ausgezeichneter Sauberkeit und stets freundlichem sowie professionellem Service.

Un 2 étoiles pour le prix d’un 4 étoiles

45 min pour un Check in, personnel pas formé, machine à café dans la chambre défectueuse, room service annoncé mais dans les fait pas de carte, on appelle le resto qui nous dit d n’appeler la réception, livraison partielle, petit dej nul… bref, tout au mieux un 2 étoiles
