Pros:

We had the refurbished apartment. Bathroom with the walk in shower was just what we booked Staff were very helpful regarding places to eat,and places to visit.

Cons:

No head board ,and to few electric sockets.

Overall very good value, excellent location and very friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location next to train station. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast. Very friendly service particularly Marius at the Front Desk. Clean and tidy facilities. Highly recommended. Grade A!!!!

Lovely hotel. Excellent location.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We could walk or get the trams to anywhere in the city. The staff were friendly and checked us in early for our room. The room was big and spotless.

Cons:

Again no plug sockets near to the bed. We all need to charge our phones.
