Location was fantastic. Maggie was very helpful getting us settled, snd offering great, restaurant and sightseeing suggestions.
We reported that the shower door was broken, but it was never fixed. Oddly, the residenza is called a B&B, but there is no breakfast. However, a bar around the corner had great capuchino and pastries.
Our room had an incredible view of the Dumo. Large Patio where we spend every evening with a glass of wine. The hot tub was great; clean and working with the same view. Location was exceptional. We walked from the train station coming and going. Shopping was right outside the door. Restaurants within walking distance. All the normal tourist attractions were easily within walking distance. Ideal location. Maggie checked us in and was so helpful. We had a few problems, but she had them taken care of immediately. Any questions were answered quickly.
The room is small. Could have used some towel hooks and shelves, but was adequate for us. I felt as this was a new endeavor for them and things were improving quickly. I would stay with them next trip.
This is the perfect accommodation for a stay in Florence! We had the best experience staying here and highly recommend. The location can’t be beat- steps away from the Duomo and an 8 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery, it’s such a convenient place to stay (and nice because we could stop by and rest in between activities during the day). The view from the room was also amazing! The size of the room is also wonderful for a European hotel room, we had plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases and all our stuff. The AC runs really well, which is a must. The staff was also wonderful, they were super responsive on WhatsApp and even helped us book a taxi for our return to the airport. It’s also surprisingly quiet at night with being right next to the duomo. You can hear the hustle and bustle but then it’s quiet to sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable, we loved it!
The bathroom of course was small, but that’s to be expected in Europe, so by those standards it was still pretty good. The beds were a little hard, but not unbearable. I think there was a crack in one of our windows because we had a few mosquitos get in. But overall, the small annoyances were expected and wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. Be warned- you do hear the 7 am bells from the bell tower, but we were up early every morning anyway so it didn’t bug us and they don’t run through the night.

Amazing room with amazing view!!!!! Loved being able to open window to see temp to plan my day. Great location to restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minute walk to nightlife!!!!! 10 minute walk to train station.

For such price, small improvements such as cups to hold tooth brushes and hanging places for towels and bigger counter spaces for the tables would not cost much but add happiness to the guests.
