Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato a Luna Hotel in quanto unico hotel aperto con mezza pensione nel periodo di ottobre. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la camera sempre pulita ed in ordine, il ristorante buono con scelta variegata. Il centro spa è ben tenuto e pulito. C'è una stanza giochi per i bimbi. Siamo stati molto felici del soggiorno!

Cons:

Unica pecca, essendo un 4stelle ci si aspetterebbe di più per i servizi offerti. Pagare l'accesso a piscina e spa dopo le ore 14.00 in aggiunta al costo del soggiorno è davvero deludente!
Rispetto ad altri hotel 3/4 stelle si potrebbe anche fare di più per riciclare i rifiuti in camera (secco/ricilablile) visto che era presente solo un cestino. A livello spese energetiche, le camere erano caldissime al punto da dover chiudere i termosifoni per poter rinfrescare la camera. Non era possibile regolare la temperatura della stanza con termostato.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, welches sehr schön modern eingerichtet war. Das Essen war sehr gut und eine grosse Auswahl. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut von der Auswahl, bis auf die Brötchen-Auswahl, ich hätte mir hier ein bisschen mehr die typischen italienischen Brötchen gewünscht.

Cons:

Die extra Bezahlung des Wellnessbereiches mit 10 € pro Person für gerade mal 1 1/2 std. Dies sollte man noch mal überdenken seitens des Managements.
