Pros:

La colazione a buffet molto curata,servita in una sala luminosa e spettacolare con vista sui monti. Molto gradita anche la merenda nel pomeriggio,con personale gentilissimo.

Lokalizacja śniadania była ok. Niestety bufet śniadaniowy nie był uzupełniany na bieżąco . O godzinie 8:00 - 8 : 30 brakowało na bufecie podstawowych produktów. Za to kolacje przepyszne.

Cons:

Nie korzystałem z basenu ale płatna strefa spa w hotelu spa trochę nie pasuje.

Pros:

Struttura bella e tenuta bene, ottimo il servizio bar con il barman Andrea bravissimo nei cocktail, ottimo il servizio navetta con Francesco e anche le ragazze della SPA sono state gentilissime. La cene ottime con piatti buonissimi e una buona colazione a buffet. Complimenti a tutti

Forse le camere un po’ piccole per te uomini con tutta l’attrezzatura per sciare. Consiglierei almeno uno stendino sul balcone per le tute da sci

Avendo prenotato con un offerta speciale, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ne è valso il soggiorno.
Pros:

Quasi tutto lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile. Le proposte, presentazione e soprattutto la qualità del cibo sia a colazione e a cena ottima!

Cons:

Le dimensioni del bagno nella camera standard sono decisamente piccole. La vista della camera 116 da non considerare!

Pros:

La colazione era buonissima e il personale cordiale e disponibile. La camera era bella anche se la vista sul lato opposto dell'hotel era decisamente migliore. Pulizia e servizio in linea con le aspettative.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato molto la reception in area welness. Ci sono stati consegnati gli asciugamani e non ci è stato spiegato cosa era compreso nel prezzo e dove si trovavano le diverse stanze (bagno turco sauna..).

Pros:

Le attività: merenda, aperitivo, spa, ottima cena

Cons:

Sala colazione/cena all’ultimo piano, questo disturbava il riposo, poiché presto al mattino si sentivano tutti i rumori provenire dalla sala sopra.
Del garage a pagamento non ci aveva informato nessuno, ci siamo trovate a pagare 20€ che se la lasciavamo fuori spendevamo meno.
