Totul a fost perfect!
Pros:

Hotelul are un raport calitate /preț foarte bun . Camerele renovate ( de lux ) sunt la nivel de 4 stele . Personalul este foarte amabil și empatic cu o remarcă deosebită pentru Simona și dnul Alberto. Hotelul asigură transfer la pârtie (cabina Daolasa ) la fiecare jumătate de oră și are multe facilități ( garaj subteran , ski room , cameră jocuri , sală de fitnes ). Vom reveni cu drag!

Vakarėnė kiekvieną vakarą skirtinga. Didelis pasirinikimas. Skanu. Desertai skanūsi. Transferis nuo viešbučio iki pat keltuvo.

Kind and helpful personel. Polish speaking receptionist is the additional advantage for Polish tourists. Mio Trentino card included (free transportation - train, bus in Trento region). Good facilities. Convenient connection to Folgarida (skibus) and Madonna di Campiglio (Trentino transport).

Sopra le aspettative
Pros:

Viaggio di famiglia con 2 bambini (2 e 5 anni), siamo finiti in questo hotel senza nessun consiglio, un pò a caso perchè il prezzo era invitante (quindi qualche dubbio l'avevamo), invece è stata una bellissima sorpresa: camera grande e spaziosa con parquet, colazione a buffet ottima ed abbondante sia dolce che salato, cena perfetta con ricco buffet di verdure, una nota di merito a Moris il responsabile di sala, simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo nell'accontentarci sulle variazioni del menu delle varie portate, la piscina del centro benessere è molto calda quindi si può stare anche 2 ore in acqua a giocare con i bambini come nel nostro caso senza prendere freddo, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, tutto perfetto, GRAZIE

בעיקר העיסויי היה מעל ומעבר, האשה המהממת במקום מקצועית מאוד!

שירות החדרים, המנורות מעל המיטה לא עבדו, רק אחרי פעמיים שביקשנו לטפל בעניין או לעבור חדר, אמרו שמישהו יבוא לראות, חיכינו שעה עד שהגיע מישהו, ולקח הרבה זמן לתקן, נכנסנו עם נעליים מלוכלכות וריח של זיעה וזו היתה חוויה ממש לא נעימה ובזבוז זמן יקר מהחופשה שלנו

Bellissimo hotel peccato per il cibo!
Pros:

Hotel molto grande, tenuto bene, super pulito ed elegante con i vari divani in pelle e il pianoforte. Posizione fantastica in pieno centro… a pochi passi si può trovare la chiesa, ben due banche, negozi vari, un supermercato e vari ristoranti! Centro benessere pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort.

Cons:

La colazione non aveva molta scelta e quando siamo arrivati parecchie cose erano finite e non più rimpiazzate. La cena davvero scadente: porzione piccola di riso molto duro e come secondo due patatine di numero e una fettina sottile di porchetta gigliata. Si salvava solo il tiramisù!

Lovely location and new rooms are lovely

Cons:

There was a coach load of German tourists staying who rather monopolised the hotel, staff etc.
I had to eat breakfast in the bar as they had spread over the entire dining room.
