Dzień dobry,
od samego wejścia obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo pomocna, uśmiechnięta i życzliwa.
Śniadania zawsze były pięknie przygotowane, z wysokiej jakości włoskimi produktami. Osoba obsługująca za każdym razem dopytywała, czy może przygotować coś dodatkowego, np. jajecznicę czy omlet.
Byliśmy również na kolacji, którą pamiętamy do dziś była wyjątkowa.
Spa jest rewelacyjne, z przepięknym widokiem.
Pokoje przestronne, starannie przygotowane, a po powrocie z nart wszystko było perfekcyjnie uporządkowane.
Nie można zapomnieć o Panu, który zawsze punktualnie zawoził nas pod stok i odbierał , niezwykle miły i uśmiechnięty.
Kiedy poprosiłem o wydrukowanie dokumentu, nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu.
Dla osób podróżujących samochodem elektrycznym to idealne miejsce ,hotel posiada własną stację ładowania.
Z czystym sumieniem polecamy każdemu i na pewno tu wrócimy.
Bardzo dziękujemy za cudownie spędzony czas!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily, which made the stay very comfortable. If your traveling with the kids you can find kids room with a lot of toys appropriate for all ages.
One of the best conveniences was the ski shuttle service. The shuttle takes you to and from the hotel on call, and it’s only about 5 minutes away from the gondola, which made getting to the slopes extremely easy.
The staff were amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food in the hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, and although eggs are not on the buffet, you can simply order them from the waiter. Dinner was excellent as well, with a menu where you can choose from different starters, main courses, and desserts.

Pros:

I really liked everything about this hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff were amazing—very attentive and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, and the towels and bed sheets were changed every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the service and cleanliness were outstanding. I’m honestly not sure why the hotel doesn’t have four stars, because it definitely deserves them

Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente, gestita da una famiglia cordiale e sempre disponibile.
La pulizia è impeccabile.
La colazione è molto buona, il buffet non è fornitissimo, ma le cose che sono presenti sono molto buone.
La camera con vasca idromassaggio è confortevole.
Il servizio navetta è molto efficiente.
La spa è molto bella nel complesso.
La posizione è comoda, a soli 5 minuti di auto dagli impianti.

Cons:

La spa ha una piscina stupenda, l'unico problema è la temperatura dell'acqua mantenuta tra i 30 e i 32 gradi che non risulta calda da essere piacevole. Questo è un pensiero mio personale, ma condiviso anche da altri clienti che erano presenti durante il mio soggiorno.
Ma ci tengo a precisare che è giusto un piccolo appunto.

È la seconda volta che andiamo in questa struttura, ci troviamo sempre benissimo e sicuramente torneremo.
