Personal und Service sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen!! Das 4-gängige Abendmenü ein Gedicht, die Speisenauswahl aus „Diät“, Vital und Kreativ großartig und mit einem Salatbuffet abgerundet! Mit der Weinkarte aus Südtirol findet man für jeden Gaumen den richtigen Tropfen…
… und der kleine Spa-Bereich im Zimmer mit Whirlpool und „Hängeschaukel“ hat positiv überrascht!!

Tutto eccellente, l’accoglienza di tutto il personale, tutto veramente pulito ed impeccabile.
La camera superior bellissima e super nuova (unica pecca materasso e cuscini un pò scomodi, ma è soggettivo). Il centro benessere molto curato, con piscine, sauna e area relax, grotta termale, vari trattamenti, e possibilità di fare cure termali.
Il cibo è eccezionale, dalla colazione, in cui non sono presenti le solite brioches surgelate, alla cena, con tantissima scelta. Viene servita anche una merenda nel pomeriggio veramente abbondante.
Complimenti allo staff, veramente consigliato.

Cons:

Unica pecca, il passaggio tra la piscina interna e la zona sauna/relax non è all’interno, quindi in inverno bisogna per forza uscire in costume.

L'opportunità di fare colazione all'aria aperta con vista sulle montagne non ha prezzo!!
Staff eccezionale, sempre super disponibile a soddisfare anche la minima richiesta!
Una struttura curata nei minimi dettagli....ci è anche stato fatto l'upgrade da stanza matrimoniale a junior suite gratuitamente
Che dire....ci vediamo presto!!😍😍

P.s Nota di merito per le uova strapazzate, le crepes e i pancake! Semplicemente spaziali😍

Pokój, miła obsluga, jedzenie

Cons:

SPA, gdyż nie spotkałam się z nakazem czepków w żadnym hotelu. Dodatkowo woda w basenie zewnętrznym była chłodna, co odbierało cały urok korzystania z jacuzzi zimą.
