Ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter Wirt, der immer viele gute Tipps für die Gäste hat. Das schöne Hotel perfekt gelegen, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und sind mit dem Hotel und dem Gastgeber sehr zufrieden . Wir kommen gerne wieder und heute schicken wir schöne Grüße aus Stuttgart .DANKE FÜR DIE GASTFREUNDLICHKEIT und die GUTE ZEIT BEI CRISTALLO HOTEL:

We booked this hotel very last minute for an overnight stay before we started our main ski holiday at another location. The room was clean, the door lock did not work. The duvets kept slipping from on top of us to floor. (It must be the material). The breakfast was very limited. Overall, it was ok for just an overnight stay but we would not stay there for a longer holiday.

A really good deal, this. Must be one of the best hotels in the Vals I’ve been to. The listing says it has a gym, though, but that turned out to not be the case. But all in all a great experience.

Zwaar overprijst middelmatig hotel. Geen aanrader.
Pros:

Hotel is redelijk maar niet meer dan dat. Simpele kamer waar de koffers op de bank moeten worden geplaatst. Daardoor is er geen comfortabele plek meer om te zitten.
Ontbijt is zich OK maar men kan merken dat hierop wordt getracht te sparen: weinig brood en beleg.
Gedurende onze 3 weekse trip veel betere (4*) hotels gehad tegen een aanzienlijk lagere prijs.

Bij het uitchecken werd -volgens het hotel per ongeluk- getracht ons een >30% hogere prijs in rekening te brengen dan waarvoor was geboekt. Pas toen ik de boeking er bij haalde gaf men toe dat dit een vergissing was.

Enige voordeel van dit hotel is de spectaculaire omgeving en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Pros:

La camera che ci è stata affidata si presenta in ottime condizioni, sembrava rifatta nuova da poco. Trovata ogni giorno pulitissima e priva di polvere nonostante la presenza della moquette. In camera è presente una piccola terrazza con vista montagna. Un valore aggiunto va al letto e al cuscino entrambi veramente comodi.
