Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, com localização próxima da estação de trem, metrô e do centro histórico, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é muito confortável, conta com ótimo banheiro, frigobar, cama muito confortável, além de ar condicionado. O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo.

Ár érték arányban rendben volt. Pipere nincs, csak utántöltött szappan. Törölköző rengeteg van, a szekrényben plusz párna es takaró, ha szükség van rá. Az ágy kenyelmes volt. A fürdő kicsi, de a kabin pont jó. A recepciósok nagyon hatékonyak es kedvesek. Voltak problémás vendégek és nagyon szépen lerendezték őket. A helyszín jó, egy nyugodt utcában van, a pályaudvartól 5 percere.

Cons:

Sajnos a takarítók nagyon elrontották a reggeleket. Mindennap 7-8 órától 10 óráig folyamatosan az ajtónk előtt hangoskodtak, csapkodtak stb. Szűk a folyosó, ezért is hallatszott be ennyire. Mással nem volt probléma, csak az alvással. Egyébként másik szobából nem annyira hallatszott át zaj.

Det var väldigt varmt i rummet när vi kom. Trots att personalen försökte hjälpa till gick det inte att gå igång air condition. Vi sov gott ändå.

Great location, very close to public transport. The lovely host at the front was extremely attentive, kind and helpful. He gave us a guide to the city of Torino without prompt, which was very helpful; we used it for our stay. 24 hour front desk staff, all very helpful and nice 😊
The room was very clean, facilities (bathroom, bed, air con) were great. Great pricing too for a last minute booking. I recommend 100%

I was very grateful that they accommodated an early check-in when I arrived at 11:00 AM without prior notice. The location offers excellent access to public transportation, being situated about 600 meters from Torino Porta Nuova Station; there are also subway stations and bus stops nearby. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay despite the hot weather. The bathroom and shower facilities were also well-maintained and clean.

Cons:

There aren't really many downsides to mention. If I had to point one out, it relates to the proximity to Porta Nuova Station; while I previously noted that it is close to the station. The area is densely packed with accommodations, so -- relatively speaking -- there are actually many other hotels located even closer to the station.
