To był naprawdę bardzo udany pobyt. Roberto, właściciel hotelu, był niezwykle uprzejmy, serdeczny i zawsze chętnie służył pomocą. Chciałem nawet przedłużyć swój pobyt, jednak hotel był już w pełni zarezerwowany, dlatego musiałem przenieść się do innego hotelu w Turynie. To tylko potwierdza, jak dużym zainteresowaniem cieszy się ten obiekt.

Basen był bardzo czysty, pokój wygodny, a cały hotel zadbany i komfortowy. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Mimo że mój pobyt trwał dwa tygodnie, pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia, co świadczy o dużej dbałości o komfort gości.

Dodatkowo zostawiłem w hotelu swoje perfumy. Roberto zabezpieczył je i przekazał mojemu koledze Gianluce, który nadal przebywał w hotelu. Następnego dnia Gianluca oddał mi je osobiście. Jestem bardzo wdzięczny za tę pomoc, uczciwość i troskę o gości. Takie podejście spotyka się naprawdę rzadko.

Cons:

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Hotel confortevole, tranquillo e molto ben attrezzato con manager molto gentili e cordiali.

Una posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro di Torino e offre ottimi spazi esterni ( písčina )

Per cena, proprio accanto si trova una pizzeria con un'offerta speciale per gli ospiti dell'hotel.

Struttura al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta ed esigenza degli ospiti. Comfort, pulizia impeccabile e camere davvero belle hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto, tanto da farmi decidere di tornare già. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

Fantastisch hotel, 10/10 +++
Pros:

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Personeel was super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en heel gastvrij.
Kamer was zeer ruim, proper en had een goedwerkende airco. Ontbijt was heerlijk en er was meer dan voldoende keuze. Daarbovenop ook genoten van het mooie grote zwembad en er was ook een gratis overdekte parking. Dit is een adres dat we gaan onthouden voor als we weer in Turijn zijn!

Hotellet hadde alt på stell, rent og ryddig og mer tilgjengelig enn hva man forventer når man booker 3 sterner. Pent lite basseng, mulighet for tennis, bordtennis mm.

Geweldige locatie
Pros:

Werkelijk ern perfect hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer schoon, grote kamer, douche met goede straal en regendouche.
Airco in de kamer en ontbijtruimte.
Mooi zwembad met lekker warm water, mooie parasols en nieuwe ligbedden.
Restaurant er naast met ook vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.
Op maandag gesloten, op zondag alleen pizza's ( toen wij er waren juni 26).
Overdekte parkeerplaats en ook 1 oplaadpunt voor de auto.
Een geweldige ervaring vonden wij het.
