Sympathisches, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bett und schöner Aussicht.
Sehr zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig - war allerdings ein Zimmer nach Westen (Hofseite, nicht Straßenseite).
Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten - Zufahrt allerdings sehr eng.

Cons:

Skiraum etwas dürftig ausgestattet, z.B. keine Skischuhheizung, wie ich dies aus schweizerischen und österreichischen Hotels mit Wintertourismus gewöhnt bin.
Kein Shuttle-Service zu bzw. von Talstationen der Bahnen ins Skigebiet. Shuttles von Hotels mit einem Stern weniger bieten dies an.
Wellnessbereich kostet extra.

L'emplacement, le charme du bâtiment, le petit déj., la proximité du bus pour le ski, l'accueil simple mais sympa

Cons:

Peut-être, Il manque une machine à café dans la chambre pour un 4*, toutefois vu le prix du café par rapport à chez moi en Suisse, 3x plus cher, on peut aller au bar de l'hôtel.

A gem of a hotel! We were made to feel very at home. Can't wait to go back again!
Pros:

Central location, very close to bus station. Traditional decorations, with modern conveniences. Exclusive use of swimming pool facilities a lovely touch. Excellent restaurant and relaxing bar, which are both very well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much! Will definitely return!

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little dated, and we had difficulty controlling the heat in the bedrooms!

Disappointing
Pros:

Location. Friendly helpful barman. Cleaning staff.

Cons:

Chair in room described as an armchair. Was anything but. Daughter's room tiny. Shower did not have a cubicle, she had to pull down some screens like curtain blinds to use it. Some of the staff very unfriendly but manner changed dramatically at breakfast on the last day. Expecting a tip? Booked a meal in the restaurant for our last night. Woman in charge seemed to be changing the table we were to be given. Shoved into an out of the way table in an alcove away from the main parts of the restaurant. Bar didn't open until 6pm, no apres ski.

Pros:

Breakfast was complete and quite good. Staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful. Good central location, car parking available although it was a bit tight. Minimal outside noise despite being in middle of town, internally we could hear other guests to some degree.

Posizione centrale, l’ambiente ti accoglie con il suo calore. La Spa riservata per un’ora e’ una bella coccola. Ottimo il ristorante Aria, con piatti locali e una vastissima scelta di vini
