Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, Parkplätze gut gelöst, wenn auch sehr knapp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht klein sondern winzig. Wenn sich einer bewegte, musste sich der andere aufs Bett setzen... Die Klimaanlage sehr laut und nicht steuerbar. Der Spülkasten unserer Toilette war schon am Anreisetag - Samstag - kaputt. Repariert wurde er erst am Montag, wir konbten die Toilette nicht benutzen, der Spülkasten ist Tag und Nacht durchgelaufen, was bei diesem extrem hellhörigen Hotel nicht sehr angenehm war. Offensichtlich gab es einen Wasserschaden über unserem Zimmer. Der Türstock war kaputt und wir hatten Dämmflecken wenn nicht sogar Schimmelflecken im Bad und im Zimmer. Für diese Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns keine Entschädigung in welcher Form auch immwr angeboten - Schade...

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen; der Dachpool ist zwar vorhanden, aber alt, schmutzig und baufällig; es gibt zwar Frühstück, aber die Qualität ist nicht besonders hochwertig - alles in allem finde ich den Preis für viel zu teuer; denn es ist noch jedes Extra wie Parkplatz, Liegen am Strand extra zu zahlen - man würde schon erwarten, dass dies im Preis inbegriffen ist!

Das Frühstück ist gut. Man ist mitten im Zentrum und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars um die Ecke. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Der Strand ist weit weg, die Liegen sind nicht im Preis enthalten. Die Klimaanlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und sind laut außerdem lassen sie sich nicht einstellen und sind entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Es wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das uns aber nicht gefallen hat. Was uns wirklich am meisten gestört hat, ist der Zugang zum Strand und der Preis. Außerdem ist Grado zwar sehr hübsch aber ultra langweilig, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nix

Pros:

Top Lage. Sehr nahe am öffentlichen Strand und an der Stadt. Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aussicht bei Zimmer mit Meerblick super schön.

Cons:

Hotel schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alles schon etwas abgewohnt, Pool schon mit deutlichen "Gebrauchsspuren", viele Liegen kaputt. Der Privatstrand ist ziemlich weit weg und auch kostenpflichtig und nur wenn noch etwas frei ist nutzbar...also gleich wie der öffentliche. Bringt also faktisch nichts.

Es hat alles gepasst für 1 Nacht, wenn man mit dem Rad in Grado ankommt. Klimaanlage war herrlich!
Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin war ausserordentlich freundlich und sympathisch. Auch der Barman in der Skybar/schwimmbad

Cons:

In der Dusche waren leider noch dunkle lange Haare vom vorherigen Gästen. Der Frühstsücksraum ist sehr heiss und stickig. Das Frühstücksbüffet OK, aber nichts besonders hervorzuheben.

Volle Enttäuschung

Perfekte Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Aussicht von der Dachterrasse

Bett war eine Katastrophe, viel zu niedrig, dass man dsich schwer tut beim Aufstehen, die Pölster waren echt mickrig. Das Klopapier ist sooo dünn, das es schon eine Frechheit ist, Shampoo und Seife waren Mangelware. Blumen am Tisch waren welk…mit Absicht Shabbychic? Einfach scheußlich! Pool war leider ebenso enttäuschend: Wasser trüb, der Einstieg ins Pool war gefährlich locker, weil nicht festgeschraubt! Also so hab ich mir unseren Aufenthalt im Fonzari nicht vorgestellt, ich hätte mir von einem 4* Hotel mehr erwartet. Für diese Leistung zu teuer.
