Sympatická recepční, úschova kol

Cons:

Naprosto hrozné bylo, že ve čtvrtém patře je jídelna, my jsme měli pokoj na 3. patře, to znamená, že od 6 hodin ráno Vás budí přesuny stolů, židlí a velký hluk. Obsluha na střešním baru by měla být posílena. Na tři drinky jsme čekali 28 minut:) Za cenu odpovídající 5 hvězdičkovému hotelu ve velkoměstu jsou služby zcela neadekvátní. Výtah jezdí nepřiměřeně dlouho a pomalu.

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, van lehetőség a parkolásra, igaz 18 euro/éj, de legalább ezzel nem kellett foglalkozni.
Tisztaság kiváló, személyzet segítőkész. A tetőterasz kellemes, jó koktélok.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetett volna kicsit változatosabb, de ennek ellenére mindig friss, finom ételeket kaptunk.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage und nettes Personal.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal sehr nett. Lage ist zu Fuß sehr gut, man ist mitten im Geschehen und schnell am Strand. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag von den Zimmermädchen sauber gemacht, generell ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Fahrräder können am Hotel ausgeborgt werden, weil wir erst am Abend fuhren wurde uns der halbe Preis pro Rad berechnet.

Cons:

Mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzone damit man das Hotel erreichen kann ist wenn man die Strecke noch nicht kennt sehr verwirrend. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer mit Etagenbett, das Zimmer war recht „alt“ eingerichtet, wirkte auf den Fotos moderner. 270€ pro Nacht für ein kleines Vierbettzimmer ist doch etwas hoch, aber okay.

Relax e tranquillità a Grado.
Pros:

L’hotel ha una posizione comoda. Si trova vicino al mare ed al centro. Ottimo prezzo considerando quello degli altri hotel. Oltre a questo mi è piaciuto molto il design della doccia e la tv in camera che ha uno schermo grande. Anche il design della stanza di per sé non è male. Il letto è molto comodo ma a livello estetico non fa impazzire.
Ottima la disponibilità dello staff anche se migliorabile.
La receptionist è disponibile, inoltre, molto carina ❤️.

Cons:

Secondo me dovrebbero lasciare le porte aperte per prendersi le chiavi della macchina di mattina presto. Oppure lasciare le chiavi su un posto dove tutti possono prenderle quando vogliono e in autonomia. Allo stesso tempo sono affidabili perché comunque le conservano in un posto sicuro.

schönes kleines Hotel, mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Durch die gute Wegbeschreibung des Hotels findet man den Weg sofort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Minibar und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Sehr gutes WiFi. Es gibt eine Rooftopbar mit toller Aussicht und es gibt einen kleinen Indoorpool. Das eigene Auto wird von den Mitarbeitern geparkt und steht bei Abreise bereits parat.
