A beautiful hotel, amazing pool, free parking, great rooftop restaurant and such a friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast is incredible, fresh fruit, eggs made to order, fresh breads and fresh juices!!! And.... with a spectacular view! LOVED IT!

Pros:

Toller Ausblick beim Frühstück von Dach.
Die Massage war super.
Das Hallenbad ist beliebt und fein.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Auch gibt es zu wenig Personal. Die Tische werden selten freigeräumt.

Pros:

Buona la colazione, con un buffet ampio e vario. Molto apprezzata la vista dalla sala ristorante e la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso deludente, soprattutto considerando il costo di circa 250 € a notte, dal quale mi sarei aspettata un livello di servizio decisamente superiore.

L'accesso dall'area parcheggio all'hotel non è agevole: manca una rampa per i bagagli e, con due valigie, è necessario uscire sulla strada per raggiungere l'ingresso principale. Inoltre, non è presente personale in hall che possa offrire assistenza; l'unico aiuto ricevuto è stato dal concierge al momento del check-out e da un membro del personale che si trovava casualmente nei pressi dell'ingresso al nostro arrivo.

Anche la colazione presenta alcune criticità: diversi alimenti (ad esempio i formaggi) erano privi di cartellino identificativo, rendendo impossibile sapere cosa si stesse scegliendo.

Ho inoltre riscontrato alcuni dettagli che, in una struttura di questa categoria, non dovrebbero verificarsi: bicchieri scheggiati, vino bianco fermo servito in un calice da Franciacorta e, in alcune occasioni, difficoltà nella comunicazione con il personale di sala, probabilmente dovute alla limitata conoscenza della lingua italiana.

Infine, la ventola di aspirazione del bagno non sembrava funzionare: dopo ogni doccia il locale rimaneva completamente appannato.

Nel complesso, la struttura ha sicuramente dei punti di forza, come la posizione, la vista dalla sala ristorante e la colazione, ma il livello di manutenzione e di servizio non è stato, a mio avviso, all'altezza della categoria dell'hotel e della tariffa pagata.

old hotel in nice location
Pros:

The location is perfect and the room is comfortable.

Cons:

Internet connection is very slow in the room.
the shower always leaks to the floor and the whole bathroom gets flooded.

Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Badkamer was in orde, doch haardroger paste niet in het stopcontact. :)

Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il posto auto incluso, a Trieste non è scontatissimo, la spa inclusa e la colazione, servita con cura e attenzione.
Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, in particolare ad Andrea, che nonostante il nostro arrivo tardi ci ha accolti con grande professionalità

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und frisch
Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Betten waren unbequem (durchgesackt), sind morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht
Uns wurde eine falsche Zimmerkategorie zugewiesen;
Deluxe hatten wir reserviert, astandard haben wir bekommen

Very nice hotel, good people and good atmosphere. Next time we stay longer.
Pros:

We found this hotel by accident and it was really good choice 😊 The building is very beautiful and everything feels calm. We came late and just wanted to rest, but after check in we walked around the hotel and really liked the atmosphere. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies 😄 Breakfast was also very nice, fresh coffee, good food. Staff was always smiling and very kind. I don’t know why but this hotel just has good energy. If I come to Trieste again I will stay here 100%.
