Terrible, horrible experience. This hotel does not even deserve one star.
Absolutely unacceptable.
The room was dirty, the bed sheets and towels were not changed, and there was no toilet paper provided. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored.
The reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Instead of assisting guests, they made everything more complicated and treated us badly.
On top of that, I was scammed. By mistake, I booked two rooms and immediately asked for a cancellation, but they refused without any reasonable explanation. What’s even worse is that they did not even give me the keys for the second room that I paid for. This is shameful and dishonest.
I want this message to reach the management because this behavior is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros:

La camera è pulita e funziona tutto. Ho potuto accendere l'aria calda ogni volta be avevo bisogno. La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro e al centro. Ottimo il terrazzo!

Cons:

Le stanze sono un po piccole ma a Milano é la normalità, forse potrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate ma la struttura è molto tranquilla.

Уютно и чисто местенце, в близост до всичко необходимо като метро, спирки, ресторанти, супермаркери, дрогерии. Персоналът беше любезен. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден.

Cons:

Допълнителни такси за консумация на закуска и кафе. Бяхме останали с впечатлението, че влизат в цената.

Einfach Zweckmässig, mache von der Metro für ins Stadtzentrum

Cons:

Frühstück: nur Gipfali war frisch, alles andere abgepackt, kein Butter, keine Milch. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Primero es un sexto (6) piso donde el ascensor es el más pequeño del mundo caben 2 personas sin nada si vas con maletas solo 1 persona para subir a la recepción muy incómodo ! El baño tiene un sanitario que las tapas de este no se sostienen osea que para orinar o hacer su necesidades se sostiene con la mano o tu espalda ! Definitivamente el servicio muy regular ….
