Rudeness at 3 am
Pros:

The receptionist arrived at 3 a.m. with another woman, talking loudly and at length. The room doors are two meters from the reception desk. I was woken up at 3 a.m. I opened the door and asked her to stop talking so loudly because I couldn't sleep. The receptionist replied, "This is a hotel! You must use earplugs!" I continued to insist on silence at 3 a.m. After all, even in hostels, people don't make noise at night or chat at 3 a.m. next to the beds of sleeping guests! But the receptionist again said that this was a hotel and I must use earplugs. And no apologies. No remorse. Only another woman began to calm this receptionist down. This is the first time I've encountered such rudeness in an Italian hotel. Don't book this hotel! There are many excellent options around; I often book hotels in this area.

The shower is not for people, but for their shadows. Very, very small.

Lugar agradable y buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

La habitación es muy pequeña, en especial el baño. La ducha no podría utilizarla una persona muy corpulenta, pero para nosotros fue suficiente.
Muy bien ubicado a 20 minutos del centro andando y en una zona muy segura.
La recepcionista habla español perfectamente, es muy amable, educada y paciente.
No hay caja de seguridad, pero nuestras pertenencias estuvieron seguras en la habitación.

Cons:

Creo que no es buena opción para personas con problemas de movilidad.
Hay muchos mosquitos en la zona, aunque el hotel está muy higienizado e impiden que entren.
