Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Struttura con parcheggio privato, molto comodo in una città come Milano. Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione con assortimenti vari e il minibar all’ingresso ha prezzi onesti. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Hotel je v pomerne tichom prostredí, nie ďaleko od stanice metra - cca 500m. Raňajky boli nad očakávanie pestré, ozaj každý si našiel, čo mu chutí. Ocenili sme 24-hodinovú recepciu, keďže sme počas nášho krátkeho pobytu chceli vidieť čo najviac a vracali sme sa do hotela neskoro večer. Rovnako sme boli spokojné s personálom a čistotou izieb. Hotel môžem odporúčať. Pomer cena/kvalita priaznivo prekvapí.

Cons:

Čo nás trochu mrzelo, bol menej udržiavaný dvor - átrium hotela. Je možné, že ešte nebola sezóna v plnom prúde - skôr začiatok - a ešte to doladia.

Des atouts mais aussi des inconvénients
Pros:

Notre chambre ainsi que les sanitaires étaient propres (en revanche la salle de bain de la seconde chambre n’était pas propre); le parking à disposition ; l’emplacement non loin des stations de tram/metro ; chambre donnant sur le parking d’où une absence de nuisances extérieures - certains personnels étaient sympathiques

Des clients occupant la chambre d’en face de la nôtre sont rentrés un soir très alcoolisés et ont fait énormément de bruit - lorsque je suis sortie pour leur demander d’être plus discrets, une des clientes nous a insultées mes filles et moi , nous demandant de rentrer dans nos chambres - je suis allée le signaler à l’homme qui était à l’accueil et qui ne leur avait rien dit malgré sa présence à proximité et alors qu’ils les avaient vus rentrer, et avait entendu les insultes et le grabuge - il m’a accompagnée et a toqué à la porte de la « voisine » qui n’a pas daigné lui ouvrir et s’en est resté là . Il n’était pas franchement sympathique. Le lendemain, un autre homme de l’accueil (plusieurs hommes tournent sur ce poste) m’a dit qu’il s’excusait pour le dérangement.
La salle pour prendre les petits déjeuners ne contient que 12 places alors que l’hôtel a une capacité d’accueil de plusieurs dizaines de personnes. Résultat nous avons dû remonter dans nos chambres pour attendre que des places se libèrent.
Le parking est un atout mais il n’est pas facile d’accès; il ne jouxte pas directement l’hôtel - il faut systématiquement passer par l’accueil pour entrer ou sortir le véhicule - il est payant (nous avons payer 20€ pour deux nuits)
