Stayed one night, room small but clean.

Badroom a little to small, one could barely move.

Wifi was working fine

Staff was absolutely friendly and for Italian standards not too bad breakfast. Quite some choices

For the price decent hotel.

The place has a very distinct early 90s type of environment, which is nice.
The staff is very friendly.
I'm happy with the cleanliness of the place.
The best thing has been the internet speed. It's quite good for a hotel - nearly 12 meg download to nearly 7 in upload. It's something that I need for work so the good speed there is quite essential.

What could have been better is:
- there is just 1 power outlet in the room and in order to use it, you need to unplug the TV.
- there are no slippers or other type of shoes that would allow you not to go around with your shoes in the room
- the transport to the central parts of Milan is very scares.

First one i will start with the staff. - They trying to raise the standard of this place, they care if all is well, nice and helpful. Hats off for you guys!

Location - It is located in a suburb (Cesano Boscone). To get to the center of Milan (Duomo) you need to take a bus then metro, aprox.25-30min (If looking for quiet is the perfect place, away from the city noise).

Instead the hotel is not the most beautiful, on the outside looks degraded and old. Inside is quite aged, carpet everywhere, cramped and small. We rent two rooms both smelled smoke and stale air.
Small bath, shower smaller a tall big person (like me) have a little problem there.
It was clean but can be better.

Breakfast is ok quite varied nothing extraordinary, nothing to comment.

Conclusion - if looking for a cheaper place to stay near Milan and you can get over the look and distance i recomand this place. If you are looking for luxury and high demands is not the best place for you.

For me, this time, it was in some way, what i looking for..

The room (89euros) is small and the A/C fan noisy all night. Day after asked to change room and surprise: smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Asked to change the room again and: "sorry, we are full booked". Really!?!? I am paying almost 100 euros for a single bedroom and this is the service.....OOOPS almost forgot this: going to the toilette and toilette paper almost finished (less than a probably meter left) and NO SPARE toilette paper roll. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Foi tudo horrível, paguei um quarto de hotel e instalaram-me num quarto de um apartamento, sem internet, sem TV, sem ar condicionado, nem toalhas e um gel de banho, champô tinham no quarto. tive que ser eu a pedir usando o meu telemóvel. Para ajudar à festa a santa estava entupida.

Ho passato una notte, tutto ok, buona sistemazione, buona connessione Wifi.

Raisons familiales.

Un hôtel aux chambres très confortables. Un emplacement intéressant avec un accès assez facile à la Tangenziale Ouest et seulement 15 minutes de trajet pour se rendre à La Feria Rho.
Quartier as très touristique mais un restaurant très convenable juste en face de l’hôtel

Überall Haare im Bad, keine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer, lauter Generator in der Nacht. Lediglich Frühstück möglich, sehr marode und verlebt, wirklich ein schlechtes Hotel.

Tutto normale solo Che si sono rifiutati di farmi la fattura.

Hotel da Max due stelle poca professionalità personale improvvisato e superficiale

The lady at reception was nice and helpful but when we arrived to the hotel we were told that it was fully booked and they didn't know why we where able to book. We were offered a very dated and noise (a water heater for the full flat in the room) room in an block of flats across the road with no Internet. And we were still charged the full price we paid for a 4 start hotel!!!

Hi, I would like to share my experience for staying in this hotel.
I have made a booking for one night stay(10th Sept., 2015) in Hotel Roma in Milan at booking.com
I came to Milan for a business trip and arrived this hotel on 9th Sept 2015.(one day earlier than my booking) When I try to check in for my booking, i was told by the reception staff that he could not find my booking and i realized that i have booked a wrong date.

I said OK, i tried to change the date of my booking and the staff said NO for the change and my booking cannot be cancelled.

After checked that there is not much room left in nearby hotel on that day, i accepted the high rate offer from Hotel Roma (Eur 150 for a night). After i signed the credit card bill for the first night, the staff (called Louis) asked me to sign another credit card bill (Eur 89) of my next booking (which was supposed to check in on next day). I refused to sign the second bill at first. And then Louis said if i did not sign sign that bill, he will not give me the room key for the first night.

Later on, due to my change on trip planning, i decided to stay one more day in Milan and signed the second bill.
I did feel really disappointed for Louis's attitude. First, i consider there are 2 deals for me. I was willing to pay extra high rate for the first night. I accepted because it was my mistake on booking for a wrong date. However, it is a problem for a hotel for not giving service for my first signed bill and forced me to sign the future bill by threatening not giving me the room key.

BTW, the so-called luxury room offered to me for the first night was really bad. I believe it is just a back-up room

Twenty-five days in Italy, seven cities, seven hotels. Hotel Roma the winner in every category. Nine mins. walk from central train/metro station. Beautiful appointments throughout. Smallish room (queen bed though) was bright and hospital clean. Fabulous breakfast. Kindest and genuinely thoughtful staff. Numerous shops and eateries, particularly out the door and to the left into adjacent neighborhood. Catholic Church 5 mins. walk. Eager to return.

I stayed here for a week for business.

rooms are rather small, but that was no problem for me. Bathroom was clean and up to date. Only problem is that i had only 1 socket for electricity.

breakfast was 5 stars, seldom saw such a complete breakfast in italy. Plenty of fresh fruit, cornetti and cake.

worth its price, you need a car to get there, there is no stop for the subway nearby

The pictures you see on expedia are not from that hotel. The rooms were very small and outdated. Cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was average. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Parking is extra. Wifi was very slow.
Location is about 30mn from The Piazza Duomo and there is nothing go do around this hotel.
