Odore terribile dal bagno
Pros:

personale è stato particolarmente accogliente, gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo, in entrambi i soggiorni, nonostante avessi due camere diverse, ho trovato un forte odore di fogna, talmente intenso da rendere difficile dormire. Inoltre, le stanze erano molto fredde e il getto della doccia era così scarso da rendere quasi impossibile lavarsi. Ritengo infine che il rapporto qualità-prezzo debba essere rivisto, perché il costo è decisamente troppo elevato rispetto ai servizi e al comfort offerti.

Es war ok, aber das nächste Mal dann doch lieber ein anderes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer war genau nach unseren Wünschen für unsere kleinen Kinder vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Das Check-In Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel sind nur mit einem Parkautomaten möglich. Eigene Parkplätze vom Hotel wurden uns nicht angeboten. Das Restaurant schließt für italienische Verhältnisse pünktlich um 22:00 Uhr. Bei einer späteren Anreise bekommt man leider im Hotel oder der näheren Umgebung dann nichts mehr zum Abendessen. Die Restaurants schließen um 21:00 Uhr. Das großartig bewertete Frühstück kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ab 9:00 Uhr morgens gab es leider schon viele Sachen einfach nicht mehr und Brötchen/Brot wurde auch nicht mehr nachgelegt. Das Personal war mehr damit beschäftigt dem Hotelgast aus dem Weg zugehen. Abschließend werden wir im nächsten Jahr ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.

Super Lage und sehr gastfreundliches Personal. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war modern, top ausgestattet und das große Badezimmer hat uns besonders gefallen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir kommen gerne wieder!

- Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe
- mir wurde ein Parkplatz vorher versprochen. Ich kam um 22 Uhr Nachts an und musste einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen.
- den musste ich dann auch noch selber bezahlen
