Accoglienza stupefacente la receptionist Giulia molto disponibile e propensa al cliente per ogni informazione. Colazione abbondante e buona con varietà di prodotti. La camera pulita ed accogliente. Letto comodo. Sicuramente se mi trovo in zona ci ritorneremo.

Pros:

La cercanía al aeropuerto linate es un plus. El personal muy amable. Si en el desayuno querés algo salado, hay que pedirlo y te lo dan en el momento (huevos, jamod y queso, etc). Las instrucciones para el ingreso haciendo self check in fueron muy claras. Cumple para llegar, pasar la noche, desayunar e irse.

Cons:

Es un viejo hotel, con lo cual no hay que esperar mucho. Instalaciones antiguas, paredes y puertas finas, obvio que se escucha a las personas pasar por los pasillos. Pero al reservarlo ya sabíamos estas cosas, no nos sorprendieron.

È andata cosi, purtroppo

Posizione e struttura

Cons:

Arrivare stanchi dal.viaggio ( provenienti da Palermo in auto) non trovare la chiave nella cassetta , attendere l'incaricato che la portasse e poi , purtroppo dopo aver preso possesso della stanza aver trovato il bagno ...... senza la carta igienica .

Un buon Hotel per toccata e fuga su Milano
Pros:

È un ottimo Hotel letti comodi posizione ottima. Ottima privacy ottima colazione. Per un appoggio economico su Milano lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

Allora nn ho capito alla fine i 5 euro in più che ho pagato, mi hanno detto solo cn booking sn 69 invece di 64 ma vabbè. E poi l aria condizionata della stanza 13 nn funzionava. Faceva freschetto in camera e accendendo ll clima modalità caldo usciva solo aria fredda. Per il resto tutto davvero ottimo

Stanze pulite e carine.

Cons:

Uno dei ragazzi della reception (non so il nome) non ha stato troppo gentile ni predisposto a aiutare. Gli ospiti erano 2 anziani che non parlavano italiano.

Ma il resto del personale è stato carino. Purtroppo questa mala sperienza ci fa ripensare di tornare.
Di notte non c'è personale. Chiude tutto dalle 22 alle 6. Devi gestire tutto da solo.
Si sei senza macchina, non è ben collegato.
