J'ai beaucoup aimé le restaurant et son service
J'ai beaucoup aimé la vue quand on mange au restaurant, où que l'on boit un verre , où que l'on profite du spa.
La chambre était très bien
L'accueil et au moment du départ, avec une petite bouteille d'eau offerte pour le trajet du retour
La qualité du service au petit déjeuner.
Pour avoir pris le petit déjeuner 3 matins, on m'a proposé qu'une seule fois si je désirais un café expresso ou autre chose. J'ai dû me contenter de la machine à café... (Les cafés sont moins bon)
Pour les aliments du buffet, parfois il y avait des manques, tout n'était pas re rempli et pourtant il n' était pas encore 10h passé
Tutto, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni in completo relax grazie alle attenzioni dello staff che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati.
Il ristorante dell’albergo e la pizzeria (sempre a conduzione familiare) sono ottimi.

L'hotel è pulitissimo e anche la spa, lo staff simpatico preparato e attento ad ogni richiesta .

Molto bella la vista panoramica sulla valle e la colazione super valida.
Dalle foto mentre prenoti sembra che nella camera ci sia una vasca idromassaggio. Non è specificato bene il fatto che in realtà nella camera mstrimoniale superior design non ci sia assolutamente ne la jacuzzi ne la vasca in generale. Oltretutto io ho prenotato una "matrimoniale superior design con balcone" ma era una stanza normalissima con due letti singoli uniti.. forse avendo portato con noi i nostri cani (pagando un supplemento alto) e avendo prenotato online ci è stata data una camera "normale" ma io, soprattutto per la cifra pagata (alta), mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso. Diciamo che la nostra stanza sembrava una stanza normalissima di un normale 3 stelle (che solitamente ha un costo per notte pari a meno della metà della cifra da noi pagata per la "superior design 4 stelle"). Ripeto probabilmente ci è stata data una stanza più scadente per via dei cani. Per il resto staff molto gentile e ambienti puliti!
