Es war einfach nur wundervoll, für mich persönlich eine kleine Reise zurück in meine Kindheit. Alle waren so nett und hilfsbereit ❤️
Die Lage ist natürlich ein absoluter Traum, man ist umgeben von Bergen und Wäldern. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Balkon ausgestattet und bieten ausreichend Stauraum. Das Bad war riesig, besonders im Vergleich zu den winzigen Nasszellen, die man mittlerweile gewohnt ist.
Das Frühstück war lecker, es gab eine gute Auswahl und richtig guten Kaffee, der an den Tisch gebracht wird.
Das Restaurant bietet viele köstliche Gerichte, besonders auch die lokalen Spezialitäten sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Ich bin rundum zufrieden und es war garantiert nicht mein letzter Besuch!
Das Wasser in der Dusche braucht recht lange um warm zu werden, aber das ist ein Luxusproblem. Ich mag einfach kein kühles Wasser 🙈
Wij hebben van 14 tot en met 19 mei in dit hotel verbleven tijdens onze huwelijksreis naar Italië. Na ons huwelijk wilden we samen tot rust komen en nagenieten van onze bruiloft, en daarvoor was dit hotel precies de juiste plek.
We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Het hotel is prettig, verzorgd en ligt prachtig tussen de bergen, een omgeving waar wij erg van houden. We hebben twee dagen gewandeld en zijn onder andere naar de top van Monte Serrada geweest. Daarna konden we heerlijk ontspannen in de spa en hebben we genoten van een fijne massage.
Ook het restaurant en de service waren uitstekend. We hebben uiteindelijk elke avond in het hotel gegeten, omdat het eten heerlijk was en ik eigenlijk alles van de kaart wilde proberen. Wat ons daarnaast vooral is bijgebleven, is het team achter de service. Iedereen werkte goed samen, hield alles in de gaten en zorgde ervoor dat alles soepel en professioneel verliep, zonder dat het geforceerd voelde.
Een mooi voorbeeld van die service was toen ik mijn oplaadkabeltje van mijn Garmin-horloge was vergeten. Ik vroeg bij de balie of ze toevallig zo’n kabeltje hadden. Er werd direct meegedacht en diezelfde middag werd er op onze deur geklopt met een passend snoertje. Perfect geregeld.
Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. We hebben heerlijk gegeten, prachtig gewandeld, goed kunnen ontspannen en zijn op een hele mooie manier bijgekomen van onze bruiloft.
