tutto perfetto personale gentile e disponibile avevamo prenotato una camera con il balcone senza vista e dato che c’era disponibilità ci hanno fatto stare in una camera con il balcone con la vista sulle montagne abbiamo davvero apprezzato molto. È la seconda volta che veniamo e sicuramente torneremo!! Alla prossima :)

Il soggiorno perfetto.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Posto incredibile e super tranquillo, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione molto ricca. Quello che ho mangiato al ristorante Gritti era tutto delizioso. Parte preferita? La piscina.
Ho anche provato un massaggio, assolutamente rilassante!
Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel!

Milý, ochotný personál,vše čisté, funkční. Krásné prostředí - klid, příroda. Užili jsme si bazén s terasou.

Cons:

Měli jsme v pokoji velké teplo, nepřišli jsme na regulaci teploty, ale personálu jsme se neptali, vyřešili jsme větrání oknem.

Struttura molto ben organizzata e curata nei minimi dettagli.
Camera ampia, con bagno spazioso e un balcone affacciato sulla vallata che regala una vista davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Tengo a precisare che è stato tutto perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista.
L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda la sala ristorante, in particolare il giorno di Pasqua, dove ho notato un po’ di confusione nel servizio: le cameriere non erano sempre allineate sulle portate scelte e più volte ci sono state richieste le stesse informazioni.

Si tratta comunque di un episodio isolato che, considerando l’affluenza, può anche starci. Sono sicuro che con un’organizzazione ancora più precisa e un maggiore coordinamento dello staff, il servizio può diventare davvero impeccabile.

Nel complesso, esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche und werden sicher wiederkommen
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung und sehr schönen Zimmern . Man wacht morgens mit der Sonne und einem zauberhaften Blick auf die Berge auf. Das Personal liefert zu jeder Zeit einen erstklassigen Service , den ich hier nicht erwartet hätte. Für mich eines der besten Hotels in der Region .

Abends kann man hervorragend im modernen Restaurant selbst täglich essen. Den sehr guten Service findet man auch hier neben abwechslungsreicher regionaler Küche mit gutem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.

L'hôtel est super, le personnel est très sympathique et le restaurant est fantastique. Les équipements sont remarquables notamment la piscine avec jaccuzi et accès à l'extérieur.

Cons:
