Really nice location but if you need peace and quiet this might not be your place becuase of the thin walls and ceilings
Pros:

The location was really great. Loved the views from the balcony and the swimming pool. Check in was also really smooth.

Cons:

The walls and ceilings are super thin. You can hear literally everything as if its happening next to you. We had a family next door with screaming children and everyday i opened the door to the hallway because it sounded so close. I also did not sleep at all and got awoken every morning around 8 because of talking and a lot of sounds in the hallway. I would advice to be aware of this as the sounds were italian and no one that was staying there was italian so i am assuming it was the staff. It would be nice if you would keep in mind that people want to sleep past 8 on their holiday so if you could be more quiet in the hallways.

Toller Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Pros:

Ich hab selten so eine saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Nicht nur das Apartment, auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Besonders durchdacht fande ich dass für jedes Apartment die Liegen am Pool reserviert wurden. Daneben war der Ausblick wahnsinnig schön!
Die Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und freundlich.
Auch super fande ich, dass wir das Auto nicht am engen Straßenrand abstellen mussten, sondern über die Tage sicher parken konnten.
An der Lage hat mir gut gefallen, dass es ruhig und nicht touristisch überlaufen war (wir waren in den Pfingstferien) und man doch relativ schnell über die nicht zu weit entfernte Fähre zu den Sightseeingspots gelangen konnte.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, dass uns nicht gefallen hat. Als Hinweis würde ich nur weitergeben, dass die Strecke zu Fuß von Fähre, Restaurants etc. zurück zur Unterkunft bergauf geht. Auch bei Anreise mit dem Auto sollte man sich darauf einstellen sehr vorsichtig zu fahren. Ansonsten sollte man berücksichtigen dass der Check-Out bereits um 9 Uhr ist.

Dejlig udsigt over søen og til bjergene. Ingen larm fra naboer osv. Utrolig sød værtinde og meget hjælpsom.

Cons:

Langt til nærmeste indkøb og restaurant. En del larm ved poolen da der var mange børnefamilier.

Helt vidunderligt - varmeste anbefalinger ❤️
Pros:

Super dejlig beliggenhed, og de sødeste og skønneste værter. Et familiedrevet hotel, der virkelig nærmest virkede som et hjem. Stor hjælpsomhed og imødekommenhed. Smuk, smuk udsigt og beliggende i et roligt og meget lidt turistet område.

Cons:

Lidt strikse regler om brug af pool. Og vejen ned til p-pladsen var ekstremt stejl. Vi fik værelse på øverste etage og det var desværre ingen altan.

Die Unterkunft kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann vieles zu Fuß machen und das Auto stehen lassen.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und sprechen fließend Englisch.

Pros:

Les espaces extérieurs avec la piscine très propre et agréable, chaque appartement a ses transats réservés c’est une bonne idée. La vue sur le lac est fantastique
Le parking privé est pratique bien qu’il soit un peu difficile d’accès mais on s’y fait.
L’accès au bateau est à 1km seulement c’est bien pratique mais faut avoir des bonnes conditions car pour remonter c’est difficile la moitié du trajet se fait sur un chemin en pierres très abrupte !

Cons:

Autant l’extérieur est top autant l’intérieur pourrait être mieux équipé. On est resté 4 jours et la vaisselle n’est pas suffisante. Le mobilier est propre la deco est vieillotte. Attention si vous buvez du café il faut prévoir du café en poudre la cafetière est manuelle. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de produits pour la SDB et pour la vaisselle sauf si vous restez un jour. Ce qu’on a le moins apprécié c’est le gros classeur avec les instructions prévues en toutes les langues pour ce qu’on n’a le droit et pas le droit de faire sur 8 pages et le tarif si par malheur on casse quelque chose sur 2 pages, ça nous a un peu refroidi pour l’accueil

The view is amazing!
Pros:

The lake view is spectacular. Parking is also very good. The staff is friendly, and the building, apartments, pool area, and gardens are very well-maintained. The location is quiet and relatively close to the pier and the center of Lenno, although the walk is challenging, as is practically everywhere on Lake Como. The apartment is delivered very clean and organized and is well equipped.

Cons:

We stayed on the top floor, which means there's a ceiling window. Although there's a blind on this window, because of the sloping ceiling, the blinds don't block out much light. Since we have a six-month-old baby, he goes to bed early, so the room was still very bright, making it impossible to keep it dark. This was a minor issue during our stay, so my advice is to install blinds that completely block out the light, as it gets dark around 10 PM in the summer. The walls are a bit thin, and the last few nights our neighbors and their children were extremely noisy.
Don't think of this accommodation as a hotel. It's actually a kind of residence, as the name suggests. You'll receive a clean apartment, and it's your responsibility to keep it clean during your stay and return it clean. There are hundreds of rules and fines, which can make your stay a bit stressful. If you break a glass, there's a list with all the utensils and their values and you have to pay. If you need extra toilet paper, you'll also have to pay. Perhaps placing less emphasis on fines would be a good idea for a more enjoyable stay.

Jolie vue sur le lac même si c'est très éloigné. C'est vraiment le seul point positif.

Cons:

On nous vend un "hotel" et en fait on se retrouve dans un appartement isolé du batiment principal et donc de la terrasse et de la piscine. C'est un appartement très ancien, vieillot et avec une décoration et des meubles horribles. Il y a des chiens partout autour qui abient à toute heure. Zero service de chambre. Equipements minimalistes. On entend les voisins comme si on habitait avec eux. Une voiture démarre sous nos fenêtres tous les matins à 6 H. La literie est archi mauvaise. On nous réclame un supllément ménage car nous avons un petit chien ! Le comble : la piscine est vidée 2 jours avant notre départ.

A localização era ótima, com uma vista excelente sobre o lago. Casa espaçosa com acesso a uma piscina agradável (apesar da piscina não ser no sítio da casa, mas sim a uma distância de cerca de 150/200m.

Cons:

Quando chegamos tivemos alguma dificuldade em chegar à casa e ninguém nos atendeu o telefone, quando conseguimos encontrar, fomos recebidos por uma senhora que não falava uma palavra de inglês. A casa não tinha papel higiénico suficiente, nem detergente da loiça, nem máquina de café.
O sofá-cama da sala é extremamente desconfortável.
