Beautiful location, wonderful hosts - couldn't have asked for more
Pros:

I upgraded my room to a lake view for very little money and it was well worth it, the views from the balcony were amazing, the rooms large and comfortable with everything you needed. Breakfast had a good selection and the owners couldn't do enough for you, I wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Pros:

Se réveiller avec le lever de soleil sur le lac de Côme, c'est magnifique.
Tout était très bien dans cet hôtel familial depuis l'accueil, jusqu'au restaurant collé a l'hôtel qui était très qualitatif.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent également.

Cons:

Même si les ventilateurs au plafond ventillent bien la chambre, les jours de canicule font regretter l'absence de clim.
Mais la vue sur le lac fait oublier ce léger désagrément.

L'emplacement,vue lac,le calme,le parking facile et surveillé. La gentillesse des propriétaires,le bel accueil en français..
Chambre confortable,bien équipée et spacieuse.
Plateau de courtoisie et mini bar.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Hôtel proche embarcadère pour visiter le triangle d'or du lac.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Un petit bémol pour la salle de bain,au demeurant propre avec de grandes serviettes, changées au quotidien.

Amazing views, great location and staff
Pros:

Location was amazing. Quiet neighbourhood with bars and restaurants close by. View from room was stunning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was incredible and options of fresh cooked eggs, cereal, coffee, fruit etc.

Cons:

We stayed during the 37 degree heatwave and was warm in the room without air conditioning.

Beautiful and romantic hotel on the lakeside
Pros:

Beautiful estate run by a nice Italian family which is located on the lakeside in a quiet area, as if it were only for us. Lovely lake views from the room. Parking very convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit basic, and the "Ferrari" coffee machine was unfortunately broken, probably a temporary thing... No AC in the room, but at least there was a ceiling fan.
