Mooi 4* hotel dicht bij het centrum van Bormio, maar helaas géén airco.
Pros:

Logging praktisch in het centrum van Bormio.
Eigen parkeerplaats en garage. Mooie ruime kamer met balkon, maar helaas géén airco. Goede stevige matras. Badkamer wel oké. Minibar-koelkastje erg prettig.
Uitstekend en heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Maar niet zo vriendelijk is degene die de gasten bij het ontbijt ontvangt om ze vervolgens letterlijk naar een plaats te dirigeren. En verder rondloopt als een haan en commandeert.

Cons:

Hotel behoorlijk aan de prijs, is wel 4* hotel maar toch géén airco ?? dat is vreemd. Op warme dag kamer erg benauwd doch met raam open aan de voorkant van het hotel komt teveel verkeerslawaai binnen.

Rossini was such a friendly and welcoming person. He really made the effort to be pleasant at all times.
Pros:

Excellent location, good choice of breakfast. Good facilities for bike storage and friendly staff. Rossini was especially helpful for all our questions. He was a real highlight of the trip for us all

Prima tussenstop aan de voet van de Stelviopas, maar wel een beetje oudbollig.
Pros:

De ruime kamer en het ontbijt

Cons:

Voor alles was een meerprijs.
De wellness, € 20,- voor 2 uurtjes en dat stond wel ergens in de kleinere letters ergens op Booking maar niet heel duidelijk.
Ook bepaalde gerechten bij het ontbijt en de parkeergarage kosten extra.
Als we dat hadden geweten vooraf hadden we niet voor dit hotel gekozen.

Sehr freundlich empfangen worden an der Rezeption, zentral gelegen, schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer großen Auswahl von frisch zubereitetem Rührei bis Pancakes, frisches Baguette, leckerem Kaffee und Kuchen, Müsli, Säfte..... Sehr aufmerksames Personal, die nachfragen und direkt helfen. Parkplätze und Tiefgarage auch für Motorräder sind vorhanden. Ein Biker-freundliches tolles Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Grazie!

Clean comfortable, good location but staff reminded us of Fawlty Towers.
Pros:

Very central location, lovely views from room, which was spacious. Clean. Free nibbles given with drinks, and a small packet of biscuits as we left

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, not great. The maitre of the restaurant shouted as us as we arrived for dinner to put on trousers, not a great start. Dinner was OK, not great. The receptionists were a mixed bunch, Tamara was great, some of the others less so. And the IT for room entry kept on failing. At any moment we expected Basil Fawlty to show up!
