Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, zowel de mensen aan de balie, het personeel die het ontbijt verzorgde en aan de bar stond, alsook de mensen die de kamers schoon maakten. Van de persoon aan de bar hebben we een aantal goede tips gekregen om te gaan eten in Bormio zelf.

Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid met zeer veel keuze. Onze laatste dag zijn we vertrokken voor het officiële uur van het ontbijt. We hebben dan een pakketje meegekregen.

We waren hier om te fietsen, er was een ondergrondse garage voor de fietsen waar ze veilig konden staan. Het hotel lag ook goed, om enkel minuten wandelen van het centrum.
