Es war extrem sauber, perfekt auch in allen Ecken, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig und frisch. Die Grösse des Zimmers war auch top.
Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen und für den Preis könnte man irgend einen Luxus oder Zusatzdienste erwarten, wie das Gepäck helfen zu tragen etc. Immerhin sind es 4 Sterne. Das Hotel ist nicht top modern, luxuriös oder sieht wie Neubau aus.
Everything was perfect, and in our opinion, this hotel truly deserves 5 stars. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
La struttura internamente è molto moderna e minimal (nel senso giusto del termine), tutto è al posto giusto.

We were greeted with warm hospitality from the staff from the moment we first arrived. As a welcome we were offered a detox drink which showed the attention they put into every detail. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and we have no complaints at all. They noticed that it was my mom’s birthday and at breakfast the next day they prepared a small surprise for her, which I found very heartwarming.
The food was excellent. It was very diverse and actually made me look forward to the mornings. They even offered freshly squeezed juice and vegan tarts.
Everything was also very clean and polished.. The bathroom was in great condition, the room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Even though the hotel was quite far from the centre, it was really easy to get there by bus, the station being extremely close to the hotel.
I sincerely recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I ever revisit Bologna.

Fica aqui um agradecimento especial ao atendente Alessandro, que nos ajudou muito com orientações sobre pontos a se conhecer e os melhores meios de locomoção em Bologna. Os quartos são super confortáveis e o café da manhã conta com uma enorme variedade de frutas, frios, iogurtes, pães e doces. Por fim, os atendentes fazem espremuta na hora. Sensacional!

Para quem vai de carro, é uma ótima opção a poucos minutos do centro de Bolonha.
Apesar de ser um hotel mais distante, conta com estacionamento amplo, equipe muito atenciosa, bom nível de conforto e excelente custo-benefício.
Nas proximidades há postos de gasolina e restaurantes com estacionamento, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática para quem está viajando de carro — que era o meu caso.
