Amazing
Pros:

I work in hotels, so I consider myself a rather tough customer. This hotel has checked all my “control boxes” I couldn’t find anything that would bother me.

First, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall.
The rooms were spotless, the elevators were spotless, the hotel lobby was spotless even the metal frames on the stairways were completely free of dust. Amazing!

The hotel staff in the breakfast area were very kind and always ready to help if needed. Nothing was ever missing from the food or drinks, and I had a very pleasant breakfast and dinner experience.

At the front office, Alessandro was professional, explained everything clearly, and did so in a very kind manner.

Overall, this hotel is a great representation of excellent hospitality and management.
Other hotels could learn a lot from them.

If I am in Bologna again, I will definitely stay there.

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Bellissima struttura. Pulizia impeccabile, attenzione all'ospite totale da parte dello staff e cura dei dettagli. Camera molto carina e funzionale. Ci tornerei con entusiasmo.

un po’ di anni 50 nel caos degli anni 80
Pros:

letto molto comodo , palestra ben attrezzata , colazione molto fornita

Cons:

a bologna è delirio con ZTL quindi il fatto che sia fuori dal caos è positivo ma serve comunque l’auto e’ proprio fuori città ma in 15
minuti si arriva dappertutto e’ giusto solo saperlo

Fantastic Stay and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel in Bologna and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment I arrived by taxi, everything was incredibly smooth — the hotel is very easy to reach and conveniently located. As a lovely surprise, my room was upgraded on arrival, which immediately made the stay feel extra special.

The hotel itself has a very modern look with an original style that I really liked.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, the temperature was perfect, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing. The bed and pillows were fantastic — I especially appreciated the choice of different pillow types so you can pick the one you prefer.

The shower was huge and the bathroom was stocked with all the amenities you could think of, including slippers. I absolutely loved the shower gel and cream they provided. The room was also very quiet, so I slept extremely well.

Breakfast was another highlight: a fantastic selection of both sweet and savoury options, plus tea, coffee, fruit juices, and fresh fruit — something for everyone.

I also needed a taxi for an appointment and the staff arranged one for me within five minutes — truly fabulous service from start to finish.

Overall, a fantastic stay and I would happily return.

Colazione super, ce n'è per tutti i gusti.
Vale sicuramente il prezzo speso.
Io che amo le colazioni salate sono rimasto soddisfattissimo, ma c'era una vastissima scelta anche per chi è per la versione dolce.
