OK hotel, small room. Clean, well kept, daily housecleaning, rooms were located on the third floor.
Pros:

Good location, close to train station. Close to a variety of food vendors, cafes and eatery mall. Easy walking to historic district and relatively close to marina & harbor. Top notch, great Aquarium at the Harbor.

Cons:

It was an area of town with some sketchy individuals hanging out. No problem for me, but I did notice and there was a little bit of begging.
