Pros:

Că aveai parcarea gratuită la locație și te ajutau cu indicațiile necesare pentru a ajunge cât mai ușor în Veneția.

Cons:

Nu funcționa aerul condiționat, televizorul pornea,dar nu am găsit nici un canal (erau doar pureci pe ecran).

Wakacje, urlop, punkt wypadowy do Wenecji.
Pros:

Dobra baza wypadowa do Wenecji, blisko do przystanku autobusowego, niedaleko super pizzeria. Obok fajna knajpka z „kanapkami”. Czysto, sprawna klimatyzacja, pokój z łazienką , pomocni właściciele, pralnia z suszarkami (choć troszkę droga). Można wybrać schody lub windę. Właścicielka zajmuje się rękodziełem.

Cons:

Parking, jest prywatny i w cenie lecz ekstremalne ciasny. Śniadanie w cenie - kawa (rewelacyjna) i rogalik (świeży, czekoladowy to poezja) to nie jest śniadanie.
„Opłaty w cenie” lecz dodatkowo 3€ podatku (za noc, dwie osoby) w pobrano w gotówce o czym dowiadujemy się przy meldowaniu.

Pros:

O atendimento foi gentil e prestativo.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não gelava, só fazia função de ventilar, limpeza era mais ou menos, chuveiro muito pequeno, localização ruim em um bairro industrial totalmente vazio, muito esquisito o lugar... Não voltaria, a única coisa que não podemos reclamar é o atendimento

nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très agréable, propre et calme. Tout le personnel était extrêmement gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à nous aider. L’équipe de la réception mérite une mention particulière pour son professionnalisme et sa sympathie.

L’un des plus grands avantages de cet hôtel est son emplacement : il est situé tout près de l’arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre facilement Venise, ce qui est très pratique.

L’hôtel dispose également d’un parking gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le seul petit bémol est que les places sont un peu étroites.

Ubytovanie je čisté, postele pohodlné, izba klimatizovaná, personál milý a ochotný. Raňajky sladké, ale chutné (ale neviem si ich predstaviť viac krát za sebou).

Cons:

Nicht zu empfehlen, außer man möchte lediglich eine Nacht verbringen, um Venedig zu besichtigen.
Die Dusche ist so klein, dass man kaum hineinpasst. Das Frühstück besteht lediglich aus einem heißen Getränk (z. B. Kaffee) und einer Brioche, die qualitativ ebenfalls nicht überzeugt.
Als Vorteil gibt es zwar Parkplätze, allerdings sind in dieser Gegend ohnehin fast überall kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Deshalb rechtfertigt das den hohen Preis nicht.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel für das, was es bietet, deutlich überteuert. Meiner Meinung nach sollte eine Übernachtung hier höchstens 35 bis 40 Euro kosten.

L'hôtel est très bien pour passer une journée ou plus à Venise avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Il y a quelqu'un à l'accueil et une surveillance 24h/24 notamment du parking.
Parking petit mais idéal pour laisser la voiture la journée et prendre le bus pour Venise. En 20min nous sommes au cœur de Venise c'est très pratique et économique. .
Le personnel est très accueillant et les chambres sont bien équipées (climatisation et frigo fort appréciable l'été).
Ce n'est pas en centre ville (s'il y en a un en fait) mais il y a une fattoria à 10min à pied qui fait de la cuisine italienne à un rapport qualité prix imbattable, les habitants du coin y sont c'est toujours bon signe!
Bref hotel dans une zone qui ne paie pas de mine mais excellent choix pour aller visiter en famille Venise.
Nous avons reçu en cadeau des magnets de Venise , très chouette attention!
Nous recommandons cet hotel pour visiter Venise sereinement et sans se ruiner !

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais vu le prix gllobal c'est normal. Ça ne nous a pas embêté car nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs au petit-déjeuner!
Il faudrait des rideaux un peu plus occultation notamment côté levé du soleil.
