Pros:

It was good, not so far from the city center,

Cons:

In the there was fridge but was empty there wasn’t water for drink, we had to buy from outside,
In bathroom shower please was too small water has not enough pressure. There wasn’t hair dryer.

Titolo: Molto al di sotto delle aspettative
Ho soggiornato all'Hotel New Venice e purtroppo l'esperienza è stata negativa sotto diversi aspetti:
• Camera: Spazi angusti e pulizia molto superficiale, si vedeva chiaramente che non era stata curata a fondo.
• Servizio: Personale poco disponibile e poco cordiale, non ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti.
• Colazione: Definirla colazione è eccessivo. Viene servito solo un cappuccino e una brioche, senza altre opzioni… se arrivi più tardi ti devi accontentare dei gusti rimasti.
Spero che la gestione prenda nota di questi punti per migliorare il servizio, perché al momento non ci tornerei.
