Ich hatte in der Nähe ein Seminar, so dass ich kurze Wege hatte
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel, was jedoch in die Jahre gekommen ist und nur durch gute Pflege noch sehr sauber ist.

Pros:

A reggeli bőséges választékú, minden igényt kielégítő. A dolgozók udvariasak, kedvesek, segítőkészek.
A klíma kiváló volt. A szálloda központi helyen van, A buszpályaudvar is néhány percnyire, jó a tömegközlekedés. A parkolás ingyenes.

Kommen gerne wieder. Gutes Stadthotel.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet ist gut mit Wurst, Käse und Rührei. Es gibt Obst, Joghurt, Tomaten.
Kaffee wird vom Personal zubereitet. Zu Stoßzeiten wird es manchmal eng im Frühstücksraum.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bad ebenso.
Das Personal ist freundlich. Im Hotel selbst ist es angenehm ruhig. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Kurze Entfernung zum Gardasee.

I had a disappointing stay and would not be keen to return.

The most concerning part was an incident I witnessed at breakfast, where a member of the kitchen staff verbally abused a guest using aggressive and inappropriate language. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The room also did not feel properly maintained. Some of the walls were visibly dirty, and I noticed what appeared to be dried spit or staining on one wall, which was unpleasant.

Breakfast was also disappointing. Items such as eggs were often missing, and only scrambled eggs were available. When I asked whether fried eggs were possible, the request was refused. I also found the breakfast environment uncomfortable, as staff seemed to be watching guests closely, which made it feel less relaxed than it should.

There were also some maintenance issues. The lifts did not always seem to operate properly; on a few occasions they appeared to go down when I had selected up, or vice versa. This added to the overall impression that the property was not being well maintained.

Parking was not always available close to the hotel, which added some inconvenience.

During my stay, there was also a serious incident at the kebab shop next door, which was reported in local news. I understand this may not be the hotel’s direct responsibility, but it did affect my overall impression of the immediate area and made the surroundings feel less safe and less pleasant.

Overall, my impression was of a hotel and surrounding area that felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable and not particularly welcoming. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
