Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes vielseitiges Frühstück. Auto konnte in einer Garage abgestellt werden. Seepromenade in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

A lovely family run friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble.
Location is excellent, a short few steps to the lake front with its restaurants and shops. A five-minute walk along the lake shore pass Hotel du Pac takes you to the beach (shingle) and swimming area or walk south along the promenade all the way to Bardolino. The bus station is 5 minutes away.
The hotel is on the main road but the sound proof window mean you don’t hear the traffic. Beds comfortable an excellent breakfast, both continental and cooked, and free mineral water on tap which was really appreciated. Thank you.

Ich stimme allen positiven Bewertungen meiner Vorredner zu. Sehr freundliches Personal, mehrsprachig und super zuvorkommend. Frühstück, Zimmer, Bett.... alles klasse. Lage sehr gut, einfach über die Strasse und schon mitten im Geschehen. Jede Menge Service rund um die Buchung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, wie angenehm. Jederzeit wieder!

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Good breakfast and reasonably priced. Two relaxed canines overlooking the operation.
We enjoyed the surroundings, walks and bicycle rental that provided means for exploring the scenery and grapevines.

This is the best hotel in Garda the owners are incredible and the have some of the best wine and breakfast plus there are two friendly dogs who will greet you every day. The rooms are always clean and well kept. They also provide tours for all around garda. Really one of the nicest places to stay!

Ettersom dette ligger inntil hovedveien i Garda, ble det en del trafikkstøy, men det plaget ikke oss.
Vi skal tilbake neste år.

Great welcome, great location, staff were helpful and provided good guidance.
We visited Hotel Beneco a couple of times previously and it was great to return.

This hotel was perfect in everyway. First, the staff. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and provided us with great information on things to do. The woman who cared for everything at the delicious buffet breakfast had a smile all the time. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The hotel is close to everything in Garda. Very close to the ferry dock for exploring other areas. Across the street from the hotel is a restaurant we ate at twice. Osteria Silvestro. The food and service is wonderful and guests at this hotel get 10% off.

Stay at this hotel when you are in Garda. You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time in garda and as much as me and my family were struck by the natural beauty of this place , the hotel made it even better. Very comfortable rooms ,clean bathrooms, various items in breakfast , the staff were very warm and helpful,the managers were very sweet .also the hotel’s location was pretty quiet and calm and close to lago .overall , we were very satisfied .would definitely reccomend

Had stayed in the hotel for around 10 days, and our experience was very satisfying. We were received warmly, the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The managers were around to help always . The rooms were spotless and fragrant and ofcourse very comfortable, clean bathrooms .the hotel offered Delicious and rich breakfast, is located in a convinient location . In short , it was a very pleasant stay . Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel in Garda,we visited this hotel at the end of August 2022 to September 2022.It is located in the best part of Garda near the Ferries and near the bars and restaurants .When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and taken to our room which was nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the road where you could see the lake from a distance which was amazing .The room had all amenities ,housekeeping was top notch .Breakfast was fantastic, it had; English breakfast cereals juices coffee fruits ,homemade cakes and the pastry was so delicious and fresh
but most the lady at breakfast always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome .While staying there we were given a free voucher to go to Garda aqua spa where we had a free shuttle bus as well it was amazing .The best thing at Hotel Benaco is the staff, they are truly dedicated and friendly, the night reception had always a welcoming smile . Mari and her husband are the best ,Mari everyday helped us with information how to get around Garda and the villages nearby which are so beautiful she made us feel so welcome and we truly felt we made new friends who made our holiday more special to us .Hotel Benaco is a place where one experiences warm and kind hospitability at its best ,we thank all of them for making our holiday so amazing and hope to visit again in the future .Hotel Benaco is a precious gem in Lago di Garda

Great hotel, very friendly team. We had a side room with a balcony, it had great amenities within, clean & air conditioning was efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast provided and is constantly being replenished and kept fresh.
We used the GardaAquaSpa facility that you can get a voucher to gain free access if you book direct with the hotel (20 min walk or can catch a free shuttle bus)
Mari was very welcoming & helpful, if you needed any assistance with towels to use at Garda Aqua or needed a spa massage booking.
Great location for the lake is less than a 1 minute walk.
Highly recommend and would use again.

Been coming here for few years now and is my home In Garda. Giovanni and Mari are the best and add such a personal touch to your experience. Enjoy a prosecco or custom Spritz at the back bar before dinner with Giovanni and the breakfast is excellent.

Rooms are nice and clean and is across the street from fabulous Osteria Silvestro restaurant and steps away from Garda waterfront.
