It deserves more stars
Pros:

We only booked this hotel as close to an event we were attending, without thinking much of it. It ended up being the best part of the trip! :)
The staff was absolutely amazing, breakfast was prepared with a lot of care and attention to details, the rooms were very clean and the location couldn't be better.
Everything was just perfect, thank you all for having us!

Cons:

Nothing not to like

Una coccola a due passi da tutto
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari/staff, la comodità rispetto a tutti i punti principali della città, la pulizia ed il confort "coccola" in generale; la camera sembrava quasi un mini appartamento

Great location and pleasant stay despite a minor issue.
Pros:

The location of San Pietro Hotel is excellent, and the quality of the service fully matches the price. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety.

Cons:

During our stay, there was a minor issue with the hot water system, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the manager handled the situation very professionally—he apologized for the inconvenience and kindly offered us a bottle of Prosecco.
