Very close to public transport, restaurants and other attractions.
For the last day they offered to keep our luggage until afternoon when we leave. This was very helpful for us because we had time to visit more the beauties of Venice.
The bathroom was very small but this was not an impediment.

La habitación está bastante anticuada,, estaba sucio, había mosquitos escachados en las paredes. El baño es compartido con otra habitación (es importante revisarlo bien antes de confirmar, ya que aún poniendo los filtros de baño privado sigue apareciendo y es fácil confundirse). El baño es muy pequeño, la ducha es pequeña y tiene dos alturas con lo que es muy incómoda, el baño necesita una reforma. El baño estaba sucio sobre todo porque la otra habitación con la que compartimos no hacían un uso responsable de la misma (no bajaban la cisterna, dejaban restos de pelos de afeitarse, agua por el suelo y basura). No tiene ascensor, había que subir dos plantas. Se oye todos los ruidos del exterior y del resto de habitaciones, y las persianas están rotas y entra toda la luz. Después de un día de turismo por la ciudad no queríamos volver a la habitación.

Усе гарно, але трохи недороблено. Ванна кімната прекрасна, але залізна полиця для шампуню та мила відвалюється і до того ж пліснява на підлозі у кутках. Кондиціонер прекрасно працює, але не має трубки яка б відводила конденсат і через це він падає прямо на голову людині яка там лежить

We arrived late. And the room was really warm without a remote control for the AC. We got it from the cleaning lady the upcoming day, but unfortunately this made our overall impression low because we couldn’t get a proper sleep in the heat (when opening windows flies get inside). The AC was part of the room in the description.
muy buena ubicación y tiene aire acondicionado lo que es muy necesario. Había un matamosquitos aunque no evitó que nos picaran. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje después del check out.
El alojamiento está muy anticuado y el baño es muy incómodo, la bañera es pequeña y alta, cuesta entrar, el suelo de la ducha está a dos alturas y es pequeña con lo que se te pega la cortina al bañarte.
Es importante que revisen antes de confirmar el tema del baño, ya que aunque añadas el filtro de baño privado en Booking te sigue apareciendo y es confuso.
El baño estaba compartido con otra habitación. También se escuchan todos los ruidos del pasillo, las persianas no impiden que entre la luz desde temprano así que trae antifaz. Las puertas hacen mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar. Había que subir dos plantas de escaleras sin ascensor. En cuanto a la habitación hay mosquitos muertos escachados en las paredes. Y la primera noche nos acribillaron a picaduras.
Tuvimos la mala suerte de tener unos vecinos muy incívicos, por decirlo educadamente, estos no usaban la escobilla del vater y dos días seguidos nos encontramos la gran y desagradable sorpresa en el váter. Además dejaban todo el suelo mojado al ducharse, se afeitaron y dejaron todo lleno de pelos y para rematar el segundo día nos encontramos un condón usado en el baño. Además desde por la mañana tenían la costumbre de despertarnos a base de portazos continuos. Comunicamos las incidencias aunque entendemos que no es culpa del alojamiento sería conveniente tomar medidas con huéspedes de esta índole y también mejorar las instalaciones de los baños y habitación. Muy mala experiencia.
